I love the way they pay attention to detail of my needs
Drove twenty minutes to get here after being sent here from another Terros location. I don't think I will ever forget the horrible look I got from the lady at the front desk as I was asking for help, as if I absolutely… insane for trying to speak to her. She told me they aren't taking new patients, I think I dodged a bullet based on my experiences with Terros so far
Place turned things around a little hope it continues to get better
The most worst place Ever Kelsi Hightowers Act Team will curse at you endanger you and then trys to retaliate because you complain against her and the ACT team. This will make you feel defeated hopeless and victimized I… would honestly not recommend if you want help.
I have been going to this place for 4 years now. They’ve always helped me when I needed it and they really care.
Simply the best.
The staff is very helpful and friendly staff.
staff go above and beyond with their patients, service and care. its clear that it is not just a job for the people that work there.
Don't go here. This place is a joke. Constantly changing front desk people, not that it matters though cause they are all rude. Rather incompetent aswell, as they one time scheduled one of my follow up appointment on a… federal holiday, when the facility itself was closed. Also smelled of marijuana in the lobby on a few occasions, without staff giving a care. I also saw two male staff get into a physical altercation with a patient in the front parking lot once. They used to play the t.v. for the overcrowded lobby before, but now it's just a black screen. Which means everyone just sits there, smelling each other's farts. They also like to just throw medications at you, like lithium and stuff. Was going here much too long before I switched clinics. A really good decision on my part, I might say.
Honestly a rough experience. I got told that I can't transition to an online session when my car broke down. I was going through some heavy medical problems and now it's delayed by another week while I'm going manic.… I've gone through 3 case managers so far in a year alone, and I don't have any point of contact with my current case manager. My personal clinic team is so heavily understaffed that there are days where I'm just sent to Voice Mail where I can't even get ahold of anyone. Negligible communication. But there psychologists and their pharmacy are of great benefit. If you had to choose a clinic, it's a decent pick. Just beware of the negative repercussions.
Terros Health - Priest Health Center excels in helping all types of people from every walk of life. Heroes committed to excellence and strong self-advocacy. Staff and Dr's were very helpful
This place is horrible some teams are working and others are just a color. You don't get serious services that are needed. Hippa is a serious problem where is my paperwork all my information 🤔 no call backs from case… management. Counseling is not a opportunity even if it's court order this place is a waste of time and money
This organization has helped my brother for over 10 years without him he would not have been alive for the last 10 years. He passed away this week however, I have deep gratitude for every single person whose path… crossed my brothers, the deep care and concern for the people who work their underpaid and with too many caseloads is totally amazing to me
Receptionist was pretty rude, I stood there a whole minute before she even greeted me, and she talked to a coworker for a moment before greeting me. Then the job recruiter John kept misgendering me, referring to me as… man, said something about trying to be away from his wifes drama, didn't seem to like me one bit and I felt like he was getting into a pissing contest with me the entire time for no reason. Like, I'm just here to get some more help with finding a job. How unprofessional and rude
Ok I've lucky to have a great team at Terrors, there on safire, they are Ms Rebecca,Mr Nate & Ms Regina. My team is currently in the process of getting me into proper living facility to best service my current… requirements.
It's literally been 6 years since I've been to this place and I thought it would get better when I came back. I was totally wrong about that cuz they still never answer the phone. I've been trying to call the ACT team… so many times but yet nobody answers the phone.
This place does not care one but about their clients. I'm my son's advocate and I've only asked for 2 things to know when his appt are and any changes to his meds. I was told my expectations of behavioral health case… managers are too high, seriously! In February, we were told the ROI for me was expiring, my son was there several times between then and July 2nd, 25 they never had him sign it even though they knew it needed to be signed the excuse was my son never requested it and then supposedly it was signed but now they can't talk to me without a disclosure form such BS I called Mercy care and it's not needed. I've asked multiple times to speak to the site director and was told it's up to then if they want to call me and haven't rcv'd a call... So Mercy Care is going to get a huge complaint.
I didn’t get therapy when I needed it. The only person that cared about me was Renee which stopped working there once I came back. I lost my job and car, I was perfectly fine before coming to terros. Also could have… referred me to a BHR residency.
