Amazing service and would recommend.
They helped me get squared away with some requirements I had with some legal issues. Great service and helpful staff.
I had a really positive experience at ETANO Center while completing my Alcohol screening and education. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and at ease. What could have been a stressful… process felt comfortable and supportive thanks to their professionalism and kindness. They created an environment where I didn’t feel judged, which made it much easier to get through everything. The team was organized, respectful, and clearly cares about the people they’re helping. I highly recommend ETANO Center to anyone needing these services. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
I am so glad I found Dr. Etano! He is so compassionate and caring. He team is awesome also. Ryan is there for you for whatever you need and is super responsive with any questions you have. Michelle is the best nurse and… always has a smile on her face. I enjoy coming to my doctors appointments! They are lifesavers
Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated to this morning ! I went in seeking help on my recovery and getting mat services and was left a voicemail stating I'm not good enough or because I'm homeless I'm not able to… go to this clinic before today I didn't know you could be denied services from a clinic before you even start My life is on the line and these people made me hate myself just a little more today with their actions this is sick and not a joke I hope no one else is treated this way
EVERY ONE. ZOAN MICHEL & NICK.TRULY CARE ABOUT ALL THAT ARE FIGHTING THERE OWN DEMENDS.I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ALL CARE ABOUT ME JUST BECAUSE THERE TRULY GOOD CARING PEOPLE THEY ARE WAY OVER QUALIFID. & COULD MAKE… ALOT MORE MONEY ELSWERE. THEY TRULY CARE.
The Etano Center at Pima and Alvernon is truly outstanding. The staff—especially Zoann, Michelle, and Nick—are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely care about helping people. The signup process is smooth,… and they even give you a gift card after completing your paperwork, which is a thoughtful touch. There’s hardly ever a wait—usually just 3 to 4 minutes—and most patients qualify for weekend take-homes right away. The clinic is centrally located and super convenient. I've never felt more supported in my recovery journey. Highly recommend to anyone in need of compassionate, top-notch care!
Best clinic I've ever been to The staff is amazing always consistent kind non-judgmental which just makes for an awesome atmosphere Love you guys.
Fantastic staff. They hold you accountable but are fair.
I absolutely love this hidden gem of a clinic! Everyone is so nice the nurse is my beautiful little methadone angel! This place got me from pretty sober to fully sober plus they gave me a 25$ amazon card at the first… day what more can you ask for really many more perks to even list that this place offers over a standard MAT clinic
Thank you everyone for your professional courtesy, you’ve been very helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone with a DUI to come visit.
I appreciate Ryan and how clear he was when I was getting started with the 16 hour course! He made everything seem very clear and not confusing! And I appreciate that ! Thank you Ryan! Etano center is a great place to… go ! Friendly staff and will help in any way they can !
10/10 experience. Nick got me in quickly when in time of need
I Appreciate All The Help With My Revocation Packet. Thanks Nick & Ryan...
I came to Etano for an evaluation, required by ADOT for me to reduce points on my driver's license. Nick was professional, friendly, efficient, nonjudgemental (thank you Nick) and went above and beyond in being… responsive to issues I had in my experience with other agencies that I needed to use in order to comply with ADOT. I truly felt that Etano cared about situation and helped get me through a difficult time.
All I can say is ETANO Center saved my life. I would also like too Thank everyone that works there for all the help that they have done thank you from the bottom of my heart.

N-R-M you'll never be forgotten ever ever ever ! BC
Our son, David, was a patient at Etano Center for several years. David hopes to move out of state so with great sadness he decided that he now needed to detox from methadone. It is of great importance to understand that… Etano is far more than just a methadone treatment center. Beyond providing closely supervised and safe methadone helping those with opioid addiction tremendously, the Etano Center also provides counseling, online groups, medical support and other encouragement beyond compare. Nick, David's counselor, met with him weekly, kept him up-to-date about the dangers of drug abuse (including deaths in Tucson due to Fentanyl), told him when job fairs were available, and even referred him to Hope for peer support. The Etano staff watch over each patient carefully. Since "graduating", David misses all the staff: His counselor Nick, Robert (who greets you and is very knowledgeable), Nurse Michelle and Dr. Ornate. Our son is still alive because they instructed us to take him to emergency where he was admitted with complex pneumonia multiple of times over the past two years. We encourage anyone struggling with opioid addiction to contact Etano, you will definitely get the help you truly need.
This place is a life saver. Literally. Best outpatient facility in Tucson. They also have the BEST staff. Like genuinely kind and caring people work here.
Nick Onate at the Etano center Was extremely personable and helpful with my journey toward self improvement. Thanks ETANO!
