Oak Integrated Care – Mount Holly Detox and Rehab Services
What Oak Integrated Care – Mount Holly offers, on record, is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

Oak Integrated Care – Mount Holly Reviews and Ratings
Families searching for treatment in Mount Holly often start with reviews. If you were a patient at Oak Integrated Care, or supported one, sharing how it went gives them something real to go on.
Not at all helpful
At Oaks Integrated Care, your therapy groups will not only include people who casually throw out a Very Special German-Style Salute, but their care, comfort, and safety will be prioritized over that of POC, members of… the LGBT community, Jewish people, and everyone with common sense and decency. When you make it safe for them, it's unsafe for everyone else. Oaks has doubled down on this stance repeatedly. It is not safe care for most of the community.
amazing place for all kinds of help
I attended here for therapeutic services and chose to leave because I was sexually assaulted by another consumer and they didnt handle my complaint in an appropriate manner. We were told to just try to dodge one… another. So what happens when he does it again or more? Especially since he had no consequence harsher than a lecture. The staff is not versed on the subjects they hold groups on. Heavy drug and alcohol presence. They do not assist in housing or offer any assistance with social services. They are only concerned with compliance of the mandatory 15 hours a week so they will be paid. There are some good people there they know who they are, but the others should be ashamed!
Made me wait a month for an intake just to tell me they had no programs “for me”, when I really just needed a short term step down. Then they were supposed to send me referrals, but I couldn’t access them so the email… was useless. Essentially this appointment was completely pointless and I walked away in worse shape than I walked in.
I've had great success with them. My suboxone appointments are once a month. Therapy once every two weeks. Random drug tests and support when I need it. I've been on suboxone for four years and have been clean ever… since! Plus, they take Medicare so I don't have to pay anything. Great place.
I enjoy going too oaks you guys saved my live everyone is so understanding but I have a real issue with all the smoking oaks should be a nonsmoking facility it's not fair that we nonsmokers can't go out side due to the… stink and smoke some people leave group just too smoke or come in late and the cellphones are another problem during group
I love my therapist I been going for 6 years never had a problem and would recommend to anyone
I Do NOT recommend this facility! I feel the time that my family has invested here has been wasted. The children's program is completely out of control. I feel it's not structured, it's more a daycare service. My… children walked away with more issues than when they started. I had went through multiple therapist over 2 years and feel nothing was resolved. I felt like my progress was stagnant while attending sessions here.
I have a family member that has been there for five years, and I'm still trying to figure out what have they done to assist his needs. I haven't met any of the staff in person, but just from speaking on the phone, I… believe the majority of the staff- (and must I name them?) are very unprofessional, and very opinionated because they feel they "can be." And for one, I am speaking of the Nurse Practioner, ok? She expressed her lopsided opinion, and I expressed mine. Now moving to housing. As far as needing housing, neither my son or myself is looking for free housing. I expect to contribute his monthly stipend for rent towards decent housing that I have been seeking wherever he may be placed. I worked my a$# off for over 33+ years with the State, retired, and reentered the workforce again after retirement. So I don't look for handouts...just a "hand up." I also worked my way through a Masters Degree, 2 Bachelors, and one Associate Degree without asking for a handout, so please don't get it twisted that we're looking for "free housing," as implied in the conversation I had with you Oaks workers today, after telling me "housing isn't free." I know this. I'm a two time homeowner. We're looking for housing as a way for him to transition to independence. It seems to me is all they care about is getting paid for each consumer/client. What a waste of precious time. Still going around the same ole' mountain after all this time. Hopefully, by switching to another Agency we will get much needed results. The turnover there is amazing, and it's no suprise. People, don't believe the false ads and fake smiles plastered all over FB and other social media. They talk a good game. It's a money thing. Trust me.
Terrible staff, abusive.
Their site claims to help people with mental disorders find housing, but the staff at Oaks Integrated Care are not helping me! I received stigma from the employees at Oaks Integrated Care and Psychological Abuse, when… they're job duties require to help mental illness, instead they make it worse!!!!!
My mother has been attending this program for a long time. I have seen a lot of improvement in her day-to-day interaction with the family. I am very grateful for everything this program has done for my mother. A Special… thanks to Mr. TyQual Stanback for everything he has done for my mother.
If I could I would not have posted any stars. My opinion is very low. If you or a loved one is using this service, plesse find another. Little staff available and what there is are not qualified to do this kind of care.
They're helping me very much with my disorders
If your in need for mental and substance abuse here is your place. They have everything you need to get through any of your needs. Fantastic staff, doctors etc. Wish there are 10 stars....
