Because the addictive behaviours consultation here deals with internet, social media and gaming dependence rather than alcohol or drugs, an account from a family who used it would fill a real gap. Equally useful would be a description of the day hospital, the residential rehabilitation units or the home visits run by the Samaritano team, so that you or someone you care about knows what to expect.
Critical. It is an inpatient facility for patients with psychoneurological disorders. Very good facilities, unfortunately not for everyone. However, it is my moral duty to make it very clear that there is very little… transparency, from all types of collaborators, from the administration to the health professionals and assistants. Contrary to expectations, they care more about external interests than about the patients, why is that?!... It's a shame, because they have spectacular conditions, both outside and inside the institution, excellent even for the families of those who are admitted there. Very little is being used given the conditions it has, regrettably. However, it is a pleasant place, very calm, and undoubtedly improved. There is a real lack of professionalism and integrity from a large part of the professionals who work there, in all aspects, who do not live up to the name.
