Update7/18/26- Michael Padilla petitioned me, traumatizing me for no good reason and now I am worse than before. I'm not court ordered because I didn't need to be there and Michael Padilla is a horrible excuse for a… human. I curse the ground he walks on with all the collective energy of my ancestors. Leave people alone when they say leave then alone. Don't try to court order them into staying. Avoid this place if you want actual. They will cause more mental issues than they help. This has been a year of hell since my provider was changed against my wishes. Dec 2025- was looking into finding work because I was doing good. Jan 2026 - Had to get a new provider after mine changed positions and I ended up with Pallavi Rao. I was not happy with my very first appointment and the changes she wanted to make to my meds, but I went along with it to end up with bad side effects from Cymbalta. They didn't get back to me about those side effects and I quit the Cymbalta. Feb 2026 - Pallavi didn't call in my prescriptions after my appointment and two reminders the week before I ran out and I had to reduce my dosage without any instructions of how to taper off safely if they weren't going to fill my medicine. March 2026 - The provider i saw this month because Pallavi wasn't doing anything, was Jennifer Steele. She hung up my virtual visit because I was frustrated that no one would fix the prescription issues and raised my voice some. April 2026 - I've been completely disgusted by Terros which triggered a severe depression and thoughts of self harm. Now i am trying to find a new path because I've been waiting for counseling for months and then Terros of me through this crap. All this while my anxiety was higher than ever from the the current state of our country, the bombing of Iran and having 4 stray kittens die suddenly when I was about to get them adopted into homes. Not only could I not get help when I needed it, they took away medicine that was working and doubled the amount of stress I was already experiencing.

Nobody goes here because they want to go here - they go here because they have no better choice. The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. The providers are a joke and they act like they hate you and they hate… their jobs. All I can say to that is, if you don't want to deal with a mentally vulnerable population then find another job!

Have spent over 3 months just trying to get an intake after being transferred from another location. I'm down to one of my 3 medications I take left. At this rate I will be out of everything by the time I even finally… get in with them. Left a voicemail yesterday with the one person who apparently has the ability to schedule an intake and for the third time have heard nothing back even after informing them of my situation. At this point I'm giving up and going to just find a new clinic.

I have a friend of mine who I am the representative of and is a client at Terros and has been for about 15 years. His mental and physical health has been declining quickly, he has dementia. Terros placed him in a group… home where he is not receiving the best of care, he has fallen a few times, and for some reason , he owes another client money, and his medication is not accurate. He's hearing voices and I'm trying to contact his caseworker or somebody on his team to call and I have not received any call backs after leaving multiple voicemails for his caseworker , Charlene Slack. I understand they get busy there and he is not their only client but this is getting to the point where I am going to have to call A.P. S adult protective services to visit him in his home. So I am not very impressed with Terros right now.

This clinic has contributed to a decline in my mental health my stability everything that I've worked hard to gain and over 4 years since I was released from the department of corrections yeah and they bully intimidate… harass take your medication and then blame you for the reaction I would not recommend this clinic this clinic is a 0 out of 10 if I could give it any stars at all I would

This clinic deserves zero starts since I was transferred here I've been nothing but bullied medication taken away forced to starve and live on the streets.... With seizures and a service dog that doesn't deserve to be… unhoused they don't have the right to deny you basic needs if that's what they're supposed to provide! My case manager's name was Rogelio he was very unhelpful and basically said oh well that's all we can do for you which has been absolutely nothing I deserve my housing there's also a lady that the housing specialist Catherine bergeron which is completely denied and forced patients to live on the streets

Terros SMI clinics are dangerously understaffed and are focused solely on "clinic liability" to the point that they are actually harming patients. Patients can't even get routine med check appointments on time. They're… forced off their meds multiple times due to arbitrary rules that are never provided or explained to patients or family. They do not provide "individualized treatment." They can't. Rather than getting to know patients or reading their specific files, they apply clinic wide blanket policies to everyone to protect the providers from lawsuits. Each provider has a 500 client case load. These people are prescribing medications based on a 5 minute meeting every 90 days not the clients' medical history or actual needs. Nobody gets better at a Terros SMI clinic. It's not in the clinic's interest for patients to improve.

My son is designated as having SMI. He was assigned a Case Manager, but hasn't seen one in 4 months! My ex, who has legal gaurdianship, has tried calling many, many times and left messages. Nope, no one has called back.… NAMI, a wonderful family support organization recommended filing a grievance/complaint against Terros using the organization called OIFA. We did and within 8 hrs problem was solved! Thank Nami for your helping us getting this resolution solved.

I'm writing this review for Catherine Bejarano at Terros! She is a wonderful person inside and out! If it wasn't for this lady I would still be living in my car. Being disabled and on oxygen 24 7 i needed helpless and… God sent me her!! She's amazing and when other clinics messed up my information and she went above and beyond advocating for me! So thank you so much Terros is lucky to have you, your truly amazing!!!

I wanted to believe this place would help me. David the supervisor never responded to my email i sent weeks ago. Im scared because ive been inpatient within a month of being under their care. My depression got bad. I… was discharged from the hospital now my mania is horrible. Dr. B seems nice but keeps telling me to go to therapy but apparently i cant because they do NOT have a therapist for act one but I was told this is a hogher of level of care. I understand i need grant funding for therapy but had a therapist theough my old smi clinic that wasnt an act team. It seems nost of the oarients here are lower functioning and i feel badly for them. Theres no eay they are getting the care that they need. I am progressively getting worse. My friends and family are aware and have watched me decline immensely in just the two months that ive been here. No therapy. Im one to yake accountability and I do when necessary but they make me feel like im always in the wrong. Its okay if you guys dont have a therapist or people who can help but if yhatvis the case i would greatly appreciate you transferring me to a clinic who has an act 1 therapist. (Not supportive care) So i can get the help that I need. I understand im not the easiest to work with when I am unstable but that is why i was sent to you. I really need help and I am not getting it here. But there seems to be nothing i can do about it. Ny mercy care lapsed under your care as well. My meds are all extremely expensive. I got talked to about calling and texting the crisis line when I was manic but I was trying to orevent myself from going into psychosis or from becoming suicidal which happens after I am unstable/manic for too long. I feel like this place either doesnt care or was designed to make people worse. Dr. B and I have discussed multiple times how badly I need therapy and Shelly told me today theres nothing she can do. They had a therapist for act 1 but she quit. The lower level therpaist said she could help but that its a long wait list. Why was I even sent here? I sincerely mean it when i say vhoose another clinic for yourself or your family members. I got in touch with my family they said they have had luck with Copa health but i dont know if they have an act team. And if theres anyone who can help me and other patients that go here im begging you to. I havent slept well in over a month. Part of it was my fault for not wanting to have potential side effects, its partly due to the meds they had me on that caused my heart condition to worsen. Im trying everything and it does not seem to matter to these guys. If a supervisor reads this olease reach out. Ive asked for a supervisor and emailed and left a voicemail for the director David 3 weeks ago with no response. I really am just trying to get help. Not make trouble. I hope the right people see the negative reviews and takes action against this company. We deserve better care than this. Not just me. I speak for all of us.
