Horrible not a place for kids took my son there to get counseling while in the waiting room drug addicts came in asking for methadone then they stuffed us in a empty room with a computer to do a zoom intake when I… thought it would be in-person lady said it would take a 1 hour but 2 hours later my son had already stopped listening to the lady and just keep saying yes with out listening to the questions she was asking he was looking at the wall and keep saying I want to go already and because they don’t pay for a zoom account the video cut out 4 separate times and I had to go out of the room to have someone reconnect the zoom after the last disconnect we left. Came here for help and made things worse don’t come here save your time and peace of mind

All of these other reviews are from years ago! As of September 2026 have 9 months of experience with this clinic. No negative issues. Very helpful. Polite. Attentive.

This place is a joke. They hire kids fresh out of college with no experience they don't know what trauma is they don't know what dissociation is. I had to explain this to Ryan the guy who did my intake. I took a group… on depression and I had to explain the neurobiology of depression. The kid running the crew had no idea. And the so-called case management they say they offer is not case management. It is simply a person who gives out phone numbers of other resources. That is not case management. And they do not offer peer support specialists this is supposed to be my home health where I receive most of my services but they offer jack shit they also have a constant turnover of staff and are always short staffed. And no one will ever respond to this review which shows THEY DON'T CARE COPE IS DEPLORABLE AND DISGUSTING THE WAY YOU TREAT SMI INDIVIDUALS

I've gone here for 2 years, never any problems. Front desk have always been polite and providers are great. Highly recommend.

The front desk employee named Sandra is very abrasive, rude and has a lack of empathy. I have been trying to get mental health treatment here. The first time I was supposed to have an appointment, I arrived for my… appointment and was told they rescheduled me and never bothered to leave a message. There was another time I got stuck in traffic behind an accident, and was ten mins later and was told the provider left for the day because they did not want to wait. The other times I had an appointment, I called and rescheduled because of work conflicts because I have had tons of very important work meetings due to a major remodel at my work, and normally don’t find out about them until a couple days prior. I called to schedule and Sandra was giving me a lecture about not having an appointment completed yet. I would have the first time had I not been rescheduled without anyone bothering to let me know. I had even requested that day off of work. I didn’t just not show up to my appointments, I called to reschedule because of circumstances out of my control. There was a woman who has been very rude to me before and I think it’s the same woman. She told me I had to make this next appointment and I said ok, that should have been enough but she instead goes into a 5 minute lecture. This woman needs empathy training. I have PTSD and anxiety from being abused. Someone struggling that much with their mental health should not have to deal with an employee being rude, having such a lack of empathy, and making it sound like it’s such an inconvenience to get me scheduled, as if my mental health doesn’t matter. This is the only place I can schedule with per my insurance, which shows how broken the system is. I’m not even comfortable going here because I do not want to deal with this rude employee. She may not know what it’s like, but as someone working somewhere that gives mental health treatment, she should have a better understanding and knowledge that a lot of people who come here are going to be struggling. I do not need a lecture and to be treated so rudely when I have been doing the best I possibly can. PTSD causes changes in your brain that make it harder to function. Not to mention, my schedule has been insane lately, especially for someone struggling so much. Please get this woman more training, as I do not want anyone struggling to have to be treated the way that I was and I will not tolerate being treated so poorly, lectured, and talked down to in a condescending way. She was so stuck on that and would not move on to schedule my appointment, so I had to ask to speak with someone else. I have never had a front desk employee at any medical establishment be so rude and have such a lack of empathy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 7 months spent here for them to do absolutely nothing for me. Phyc "doc" is just a nurse. Didn't hear out my concerns or symptoms, I didn't get to share what my reason for being there… was in full. I told this doc that my medication does not work for my symptoms. He said let's keep you on it, and if you're lucky, you'll get an appointment in the next 10 weeks, and laughed like that was supposed to be funny. I had to go inpatient to receive proper care and Cope refused to keep me on the medications that Cornerstone stabilized me on. They have signs plastered on big, bright paper that they do NOT give benzos or pain killers all over their office. Every corner. It makes you feel like a drug seeker when benzos are the medication you've been on for years. 🍅 This place does not care.

This place has always had unprofessional staff and case management was absolutely horrible and rude. For some reason cope thinks dealing with the case manager for refills and issues with meds is a great idea instead of… the provider medical assistant. Messages were always relayed to provider incorrectly and too many people to deal with just for medication issues. They never put notes regarding med issues in chart so everyone could be on the same page. The provider will not respond to certain questions in between appts and neither will case manager, they seem to think if it's not important then no need to communicate. Also provider is always booked up for months and only works via telehealth in cope 3 days a week. They neglect their patients and if you become concerned or keep calling since they won't return calls, they become incredibly rude and have a just deal with it attitude or say things like the provider can do whatever he wishes even if that means not having your medication for a few days. I guess this place thinks patients don't have rights. Disgusting and it needs to be shut down.

This is the most poorly run clinic I have ever dealt with. The office is poorly organized and the Doctors are overbooked. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with my doctor for issues with medication etc. and… have always been told to “call back tomorrow at 6am”. Do yourself a favor, and find a different clinic if you can.

My son has been seeing these guys for almost a year. Three times they've let him run out of medicine. This last time there was supposed to be a refill there but the refill was discontinued and cope won't even admit that… there was ever a refill there. This place will hold you captive for your medicine. Do yourself a favor and scroll on to the next place.

Horrible place. Keep people addicted to their poison as long as possible. Seeing it in my children. No real transparency and responsibility. Adminstration is incompetent and staff is undereducated and don't really care.… This is my observation of almost 5 years. So other then giving out a legal drug as addictive as any street drug. What do they do???.methadone Perhaps more so addictiv because it's free. Its more difficult to stop usung and they don't want clients to go down in their dosage. It's a for profit business. Had many disagreements about their "services". Also to add I observed many drug deals right in front of where I was parked took videos and called staff inside building a few feet away. Told them what I was watching. They did nothing.
