Candito at the Craycroft location is the sweetest person, allways helpful and kind, Cope is lucky to have him!!!
COPE Thanks for Everything. I appreciate it very much ☺️.
They help the ppl who want to help themselves! They are kind and helpful toward the community they serve making a difference in people's lives. My favorites Danyell and Dr.Mogo
“ we can help put you in jail! “is what your sign should say. they definitely are not about helping people, but about their bottom line instead of trying to treat people and their mental health being one to force you… like they are jailers to sign up for everything they Have to “ offer” And squeeze your insurance for as much as they can while turning you into a mindless spineless robot if you were on probation, avoid it all costs go to any other treatment center available or offered by the courts. they may by 10 times harder for my granddaughter. bugging her schedule down so much so that she had to quit her job going access and snap benefits just to attend classes recommended my new she never even seen a psychiatrist the whole time she was there or an actual licensed doctor. They treated people who are on probation different than those who are not because they know they can get away with it. She recorded in class them literally setting different rules for the people who are on probation. They said if you’re on probation this and you’re on probation that Seems to me the same rules should apply for everybody
I love how they can mail your medication and they have great customer service
Absolutely horrible. Staff was rude and only got worse when we said we didn't have insurance. Sessions are only 15-20 minutes, when I was told it would be an hour. When I called, no one ever answered so it took MONTHS… to book an appointment. These people don't know what they're doing. This place is a waste of time and money. I highly do not recommend COPE Community Services.
this office has been my least favorite to go to. I used to go to the lakeside location but I moved so this one was closer, but I'm probably going to go back to lakeside. this location has terrible customer service,… rarely has a provider in office, and when you go in are often too blunt and rude. I understand that part of that is the area of town, but if I'm being polite I usually expect that in return. and often I don't get it. I love cope as a whole, but this location has been entirely unhelpful.
All your medical needs under one roof.
I love my case manager and my psychiatrist so much. They genuinely support me.
That place is something else! There’s always changing you to different case managers, and those new case managers don’t review note or anything! A the psychologist there only do a 15 to 20 minutes evaluation. Which it… suppose take 1 hr to 4 hrs, I am looking to go somewhere else ! I rate them a big zero!!!
La Frontera is a lot better.
Cope has been so helpful in assisting me with my M.A.T services as well as my mental health needs, they always get me in and out and the pharmacy in the lobby makes it so convenient to get my meds....
Been in behavioral health for a long time. By far the most compassionate, professional, and empathetic provider in Tucson. Highly recommended.
Very nice medical clinic. Nice staff. Pharmacy on site. Very professional.
Fast and friendly
incredibly high turnover rate means i see a different psychiatrist every visit to get the same medications refilled and often they manage to mess it up somehow and i run out of my prescriptions. if you can, go somewhere… else.
You have to make your own exit plan because they will have you here forever if you don't push to complete the program.
"They Are The Absolute Best In The Field Of Behavioral Health"!!! "Professional, Respectful, Courteous". "And Their Most Valuable Trait: THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR WELFARE"!!! "And I Was Sung Happy Birthday In Three Different… Languages By The Ever So Lovely Ghislaine Mogo: French, Italian, And English"!!! "Never Had Any Of My Medical Caregivers Sing Me Happy Birthday"!!! "How's That For Caring"???
Ive been going to cope for many many years they have very good programs you can get involved in wether for medications or for counseling one on one or even group counseling.
Expect a run around at first then get ready to heal
The NP is horrible. She clearly has no idea what she is doing or talking about. She completely ignores and disregards every issue and symptom I tell her about, so that she doesn't have to pretend she knows anything… about it. When I tell her the last doctor's office I went to told me something else about my condition, she said "well idk! I don't have that illness so I wouldn't know!" Then she has these bizarre attitude flare-ups out of nowhere. I tell her I'm having pain and after literally that one sentence she flips out and raises her voice scorns me saying "I need you to be more specific or I can't help you!!" I told her I was having abdominal pain and even pointed to where it was... How much more specific and less vague can it get..? If you need me to clarify more, then do your job and ask questions and probe... You literally only allowed me to get one sentence out before you lost your patience. Nonetheless, I maintained my kindness and professionalism and thanked her on my way out, which she completely ignored just like last time, because she arrogantly sees herself as better than us COPE folks and unworthy of her pleasantries. So now that she just got a copay to completely ignore every problem I told/asked her about... It's literally like talking to a brick wall. Time to find a new healthcare provider. Can't get any worse than this.
The second you walk through that door, be prepared to be treated like you have addiction issues, (even if you don't, you're just there because these low-grade places are the only ones medicaid covers). They ask what… your medical history is, you tell them ADHD, they immediately jump and say "we're not gonna give you stimulants." That's not why I came here, I don't like or want pills in general.. You asked so I answered. Tell them you have pain, they say "what do you want, some ibuprofen? Cuz that's all you're getting." The NP Jolene is very rude and curt and makes it a point to let you know you're a bother to her and that she dislikes her job and doesn't want to be there. She rushes you and tells you she doesn't have time for you if you have a bunch of medical issues "just name the top two or three." She's too good to exchange formal pleasantries like a simple "nice to meet you." Like all the other Medicaid covered behavioral health facilities, they exist only to shove incentivized SSRIs in your face and send you on your way.
