I’ve been going here for years and the communication and customer service has gone down hill! Looking for new services elsewhere! Currently 5 months pregnant and have to reschedule my appointment several times because… the doctor isn’t in! Which is inconvenience for me especially when I’m not feeling well I need to see the damn doctor and can’t!

Not bad. Decent co pay prices. Just make sure you don’t have nothing planned the rest of the day. A simple appointment will turn into an all day project with these people 😂😂

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic with a condescending and rude Dr. Bay, I believe. From the moment the doctor came into the room, she didn’t acknowledge or greet me. She never introduced… herself, and the interaction immediately felt cold and dismissive. Throughout the appointment, I was being talked down to rather than listened to. I came in looking for medical care for my daughter and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but instead I left feeling judged and unheard. Every patient deserves to be treated with professionalism, empathy, and kindness, regardless of the reason for their visit. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the clinic takes patient communication and bedside manner more seriously in the future.

I recently went to this place for a routine skin check up and was offered a mammogram. Nobody asked for my paperwork the first time that I went in there and saw a doctor and I paid with cash for the mammogram since then… I have been asked to return to fill out financial information that should have been filled out before I ever saw a doctor. Since then these people have been calling me relentlessly this time somebody else just called and left a message stating nothing and wanting me to call back. I have submitted all the paperwork that they have asked me to do I don't understand what these people want and I will not return I have never seen such disorganization from a medical facility nevertheless in my whole entire life. Which is sad because I had no problem with the actual treatment I received.

Never can get your scripts filled on time. Can't get anything done here with the st lukes dr team. I don't know how many times I've talked to the nurse. My pharmacy has sent over need to be refilled. I feel like I'm… being completely ignored they leave you hanging not at all thrilled with there unprofessional service. Future update 10/31 So I have a phone appointment. I have to have another script for my adderall. The dr asked me what pharmacy I said cosco and then he asked me for the phone number so I gave it to him. Walmart didn't have it I already knew they were out but cistco did. So what happened it was sent to Walmart but he's off this week and nobody wants to take care of the problem there.11/29Im tired of the bs you got to go through to get a ew script . People are not doing there job in there its quite obvious. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I'm surprised this place is still open. 7-29 had an appointment not a walkin at 1:15. Here it is 1:40 . And I'm still waiting. They expect us to be on time for our appointments but it's ok if there running late. St Luke's Team

It's a good place to go for minor medical needs. Not just this place, all of them be slow for some reason. I done mind if the Dr is 5 minutes late to our appointment but a hour late is ridiculous. I'm always here 30… minutes before my schedule time. But like I said it's not just People's clinic

❌ Unprofessional ❌ Irresponsible My experience of nearly 5 years with this facility: - Blatantly irresponsible with mental health care and prescribed mental health medication - Quite literally the SLOWEST turn around… time for call backs or patient outreach of any kind even when desperately requested - ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY - Incapable of simple follow-up calls to patients - Unprofessional to an incomprehensible level - Complete absence of attention to detail and therefore the needs of the patients they claim to care for - Unreachable doctors and nurses - Unprofessional doctors that criticize patients being proactive in their own healthcare - Avoidant staff who claims “no one tells us anything” - Useless case workers who let you do the work - Poor communication for instruction or deadlines - Telephone game between multiple people and departments resulting in extreme miscommunication - Total lack of clarity as to roles people play or what their job title is when asked - Rude. Just flat out rude when you vocalize a concern or problem they created. - Consistently filthy lobby restrooms for a “healthcare” facility (hair and piss on everything, every time)

The communication here does NOT exist. Yes this is a low-zero cost clinic and that is desperately needed and important. If it's your only option to go here, then absolutely do it. But just be aware that any… communication you require with a Dr or nurse afterwards will be horrible. You can leave tons of messages, speak to multiple people, get transferred a million times. You have to HARASS these people for anything and it's so sad and unfortunate. Dr Kibii made me feel safe and comfortable I will say as well... But if you have ANY other options for healthcare, absolutely take that over this.

If you can, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else. I’ll now have to pay out of pocket for dental and medical care for my child, but it’s better than what I’ve experienced here. The only thing I can say is that the… dental staff are, for the most part, kind. I can’t say the same for the medical clinic.

My wife and I went here for your standard dental checkup...and we won't be coming back. Where to start... Our appointments were at 1 and 1:30; we didn't get called in until 2:15 and 3:10. The receptionist was, just bad.… It was like she didn't want to talk to us leaving us to ask every single question. Basically, guiding her through the conversation. The dentist though was somehow worse. Beyond rude and condescending and wouldn't listen to a single thing. My wife had to come back to replace a filling, and the dentist just started drilling without applying any topical anesthesia. She then had the gall to remark about how deep the filling was. My wife told her repeatedly that she wasn't experiencing pain form the filling being missing, but the dentist kept insisting to come back if she continued to feel pain. Even, they somehow messed up submitting our work to insurance, so I had to call to get that fixed. The one bright light was the assistant/hygienist was nice, but she couldn't save how terrible this place was.

I went there to start my dental health journey. 10 years of not taking care of my teeth, needless to say they needed some work. 9 cavities, root scaling and planning. And an extraction that felt like pure torture. I was… crying and screaming. And the staff was beyond kind, sympathetic, and patient. They gave me breaks, more lidocaine, and breaks when I needed them. I even grabbed at the doctor's and hygienist. Im sure people at the beginning of the Delmar Loop heard me. But their compassion helped me thru it. Amber the hygienist told me to go to my happy place. And I pictured my mom being there with me. Dr Richardson gave me more chances that I deserved, and Dr. Washington was giving me lidocaine and doing everything he could to ease my pain. Between Amber, Dr. Richardson and Dr, Washington, they got my tooth out. A stubborn rotten tooth that came out in pieces. I was NOT an easy patient, but they made me feel like everything was gonna be ok and they were determined to get my tooth removed. Thanks guys. Im sorry I was a ball of emotion and cried and screamed and clawed at you, but in the end you succeeded at getting this stubborn rotten rock out of my face. I look forward to continuing my healthy dental journey at Betty Jean Kerr Peoples Health Centers. Thank you again. 😊

I'm 59 years old and have never had a regular doctor. I had to go to Mercy's emergency room a little over a year ago due to high blood pressure. After the ER found I had "A fib" in my heart they recommend I go to Betty… Jean Kerr people's clinic for my follow up. I couldn't be happier with there care and services. Everybody that works here is awesome! And they are on point in, "getting you" and "keeping you" healthy. Since I've started coming here they also found I was prediabetic. Not only have they gotten my blood pressure and A Fib in check, but also my blood sugar. They've also started me on a weight lose shot to take some much needed weight off. They also have referred me to specialist without ever asking them to. They definitely keep me busy with appointments, but that just shows they really care about my health. The best thing is that it costs me nearly nothing with my Medicare plan. And they make sure it doesn't because of their awesome office staff. I'm not a expert on other doctor offices because this is the first one I've ever have, but from my experiences here, this is one of the best in the city, county or state. I would highly recommend coming here for any of your medical needs and they will go above and beyond taking care of you.

The worst place to get care. It’s like going to your grandma and telling her what’s wrong and she telling you what she thinks is wrong. They go off what you say then they guess. Oh it sounds like XYZ…. No X-rays no… ultrasound just a guess! So the problem persists and I don’t know what it is. They take blood work say they’re running test and I never heard from them with results. From the staff to the doctors they all are there for a check not the care of the patients. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR HELP!

Disappointing… The truth that so many rely on this clinic is saddening. The level of care for my son was bare minimum. No follow up on labs. We had to repeatedly call. Was told no results were in for over a week.… Questioned if the labs were in fact done, when the were drawn at the Ferguson clinic. A1C was not checked and my son is pre diabetic and overweight. All of this with the knowledge that he was gone on Winter Break from college. Needless to say I have found him a new physician.
