I called for help on assistance for my family and moving costs. The woman that answered the phone interrupted me as I was speaking told me that they don't help with any kind of assistance, I then tried to ask does she… know of any resources that I could call and she hung up on me. I'm a single mother of three kids and just was asking for a a little help. They say if you're in need to call them they're here for you, that's a lie. They won't even listen to you. I don't know what they do here but it definitely isn't helping people in need.
