QCI of Southern Maryland – White Plains Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 5010 Regency Place in White Plains, Maryland, 20695. Charles County covers this area. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. The practical question of getting to appointments week after week is worth thinking through at the outset.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Reviews for QCI of Southern Maryland are drawn from around the web and from RehabSeekers itself, where patients, loved ones, healthcare workers and referring professionals can share their experience of the White Plains program.
Very unprofessional place and you guys are suppose to work in a place , that deals with people and their health , my wife called asking if they had a Spanish speaker , which is ok if they don’t but to tell my wife on… the phone , “HELL NO” then hang up on her is very unprofessional, if you don’t like helping customers get another job.
I love it here everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend it to ladies.
New patient: After learning I was expecting my first child and relocating to a new area, I was extremely satisfied with the healthcare that I received from UM Charles Regional Medical Group-Women’s Health at White… Plains (with Midwife Jashia Pickney). Jashia provided the utmost highest standard to medical attention, compassion and competency to my needs. Jashia was always prompt to my scheduled appointments and spent quality time during each visit. She was a great listener and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. She listened carefully to all my concerns and provided great resolution to any issues or difficult matters. Jashia was also present during my intake for labor which made my family extremely comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased with my service from the front staff, phlebotomists and my midwife.
Very satisfy new patient I would recommend them to my friends and family.
Professional, attentive and compassionate care, from the front desk to medical staff.
I received my pregnancy care at UM CRMG Women’s Health at White Plains from week 7 to week 29, and my experience was truly exceptional! Jashia Pinkney provided me with the best care during this time. She eased every… concern, was always accessible when I needed her, and consistently greeted me with warmth and kindness. Her knowledge and professionalism made me feel supported and confident throughout my pregnancy. The staff as a whole is incredible. From the front desk to the nurses, lab techs, and everyone in between, every person we met treated my husband and I with such genuine care. Some team members were so personable that they remembered us from our very first visit and greeted us with a smile each time we came in, even on days we weren’t working directly with them. This office has created such a comforting and welcoming environment, and I would highly recommend them to any expecting parent!
I just had my appointment today and I was blown away with everyone there. Everyone was so kind and friendly . Dalisa Gutter was awesome ,she was very informative and knowledgeable ,she didn't rush the appointment. I… will definitely go back. I highly recommend Womens Health at White Plains. Thank you
I had my first visit today for my yearly examination at the White Plains facility and I was very pleased. The staff was kind and the Assistants and Doctor had incredible bedside manner. I felt comfortable and heard. I… highly recommend coming for your gyn needs.
I took a blind chance at this facility without reading the reviews. I wish I had. My yearly exam appointment was @ 11am. I check in @ 10:50. Didn’t get called till 11:15. The pre-screening by the Medical Assistant took… forever! Was asked random questions that didn’t appear to matter (to me at least). Only to find out I’d be seeing a Mid-Wife (I’m not pregnant). It’s 11:45 & I’ve still not been seen. Needless to say I won’t be back. It kills me that if you’re late Doctor offices are quick to reschedule you, but if they are running behind you just have to sit & wait. It’s cycle I will never understand.
I have received care before by this provider group in the past but at their la plata location. It was my first time at the white plain location . It is clean, in order and they have kind staff. I am so thrilled they… have brought 2 midwives on board !! Cassandra Burrell is kind, attentive, thoughtful, looking forward to meeting the other :). I asked if she could be there for my birth and she said that it would depends…she is only at the hospital 4x a month on Tuesdays and the other midwife on Thursday if I recall correctly🧐🙁😫☹️. Is there anyway that these midwives get more shifts at the hospital please!?!. Their role, experience and care is what is missing at the UM Charles Regional MC. I sincerely pray my baby decide to arrive when one of the midwife will be on shift there !
From the moment I walked in til the moment I left I had a wonderful experience. Every single one of the staff were so kind. By far the best doctors visit I’ve experienced.
Quick and painless wellness visit! In and out in about 30 minutes. Receptionist, nurse, and provider were all attentive and friendly.
I had a great experience, no waiting, the check in nurse and doctor (Dalisa Gutter) were extremely thorough going over all medications and family history. The office was immaculate. Staff was friendly. I had a login… within days I was able to see all of my tests results. This process couldn’t have gone better! I left my other GYN because the process of making an appointment was ridiculous! This is more like it for me 🤗
I came home from the ER with a report in my pelvic ultrasound that I’ve been asking for the past several months. It turns out my intuition was correct and I do have fibroids and endometriosis. When I called to have my… records sent back to my primary care for a new referral to an actual OBGYN that cares, they didn’t even have the report in their portal. How is it my er physician can pull a report that was ordered by YOUR office. If you want to live. Don’t go here.
I had an appointment scheduled for my first OB visit. The day before my appointment I started bleeding. They called to confirm my appointment, and I told them I was bleeding. They told me to go to the ER. I went to the… ER as instructed and showed up to my appointment the next day. The rude check in girl told me my appointment had been canceled, and showed no empathy when I told her that I never cancelled the appointment, and that my husband and I had both taken off work for the appointment. She never even apologized. Instead she told me to come back later that day (5 hours later) which means we both would have had to take off again, drive an hour home, and drive an hour back for the appointment. After my husband raised hell they “squeezed us in” for my scheduled appointment. When scheduling the appointment I was told there was no grace period, and that if I was one minute late, my appointment would be cancelled. I showed up 20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment and was not seen until nearly an hour later. They also told me to come with a full bladder, which I did. However when I arrived no one told me that the reason I needed a full bladder was simply for a urine sample. When I gave my sample I tried to give a tiny sample so my bladder would still be full for what I assumed would be a sonogram….nope, no sonogram! No instruction that I could empty my bladder. So I sat in the exam room for an entire hour so full I almost peed myself during my exam. I have never been required to show up with a full bladder for a urine sample. I guess they didn’t want me wasting an extra 5 minutes of their time if I was unable to urinate on command for their urine sample. Lastly, the lab technician drew blood in the office. He was rude and nasty to me. When he asked for my name I told him my first name, and he rolled his eyes and asked for my last name with an attitude. When I sat down for blood work he kept making bad jokes like “is now a good time to tell you I missed?, how about I push the needle through to your elbow?” No I’m not exaggerating. After the blood work instead of a bandaid like I’ve had for every other blood work, he used a strong masking tape, way too big, and it ripped off a chunk of my skin and left a rash everywhere else. I left feeling so disappointed, sad, and really just traumatized. I will never go back, and would never want these people involved in my pregnancy, birth, or postpartum care.
(Zero Star) Horrible place, the front desk girl is so annoying and always have bad attitude. And so they take too long to answer the phone to make an appointment.
I think the serve this community well. Nice staff and thorough. No complaints, especially being that great experiences are hard to come by. Solid overall.
If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. I am disheartened and disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism that I experienced at the Charles County Regional Women's Health Center in Waldorf,… MD. After checking in for my scheduled appointment, I was made aware that the company had a 15 minute grace period. While this is a standard practice, my concern is that I arrived and began check-in at the 14 minute mark. My appointment was scheduled for 9am and I completed the sign-in process at 9;17 am, at which time I was told that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. Apparently their policy applies to the check-in process as well, none of which was communicated on the front end. #protectBlackwomen
First visit today and EVERYONE was kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend CRNP Simpson!!
From Tra at desk. Victoria s prompt check in to John and Jeff's Great oil change service along with windshield wiper blades. Sorry to pleasure to do business
As much as didn’t want to leave this review, I wouldn’t want a first time mom to go through what I am going through. For the past 5 weeks, I have been battling with severe nausea. When I can came in on November 1 for my… first appointment, We waited over 45 minutes after our appointment time to see a medical assistant. It is now November 14th and I have called the office several times to get my prescriptions sent over to my pharmacy and this office has still not sent over electronic prescription for my prenatals or nausea medication that I desperately need. Every time I call, they tell me they will send a message to the doctor. They don’t care about your well being here or your babies well being. The medical assistants here are aggressive and not the least bit empathetic. Find a different clinic for your prenatal care
Had a wonderful experience until today. Denied my postpartum appointment because I had to bring my child (not everyone has a babysitter). I understand children are not permitted and I wouldn’t have had an issue… rescheduling, but as they were telling me this, a woman walks straight through the door they told me children could not go passed with a baby (not much older than mine). When I pointed this out, I was told the woman is just dropping off lunch and leaving through the back door (As I see the woman and baby sitting in an office room). Rules should be applied to everyone! Side note: My baby is exclusively breastfed, I cannot leave my baby with a sitter (if I had one) while he is this young. How are mothers suppose to get the proper care they need if they do not have a babysitter and children are not permitted at appointments? How are mothers suppose to seek help for postpartum depression if they do not have a babysitter and children are not permitted at appointments? I will be finding a new office that supports mothers.
Worst OBGYN ever. I went in February, they took my Mirena out. Flies paperwork for another one while there. They lost it. Dis a urine culture. I have called back. They wanted me to come back in 3 months later. I have no… time. Asked about the urine culture they kept saying to check the app. Called today and they lost that too!! I’m livid. Don’t go here. The doctor is rude af too.
