Have been going to this clinic for many years and they are extremely friendly and very helpful. I definitely suggest anybody that is in need of help to definitely go to this clinic.
I went to this place for around 5 years and finally I have come off this medication. This place doesnt open up early enough for anyone who must start at 6am like construction workers and such. They are very forgetful… and 2 Christmases ago decided to close early and never called me to inform me, when they 100% were supposed to, and I received no dosage for Christmas eve or Christmas day. And they they had nerve enough to try and make me pay for those days when it was absolutely not my fault whatsoever. I had to make a huge fuss about this. There are 2 or 3 people who work there who are excellent but everyone else sucks and cannot understand what people dealing with addiction are going through. If there is ever a time in my life when I happen to relapse I would simply rather continue drugs until I die rather than come back to this place for any help whatsoever. What's worse is I filed a complaint with the maryland board of health regarding this place and they never responded to me. Its like no one takes a person struggling with addiction seriously and if a person has never struggled with this before they have no sympathy or understanding. That unfortunately describes half or more or the people who work here at this place. Unfortunately if you are struggling with addiction and choose this path they are one of if not the only methadone clinic in southern MD.
The front desk personnel was amazing! So friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They are a great representation of the business and definitely someone you want as the face of your company.

I am so thankful for Open Armms and all of the AMAZING staff! They have helped me immensely throughout my time here to give me the tools to better my life. This place and people have saved my life . My 1st time there i was at my lowest I walked in and was treated like a person a person that mattered the journey is never easy but they have never gave up on me especially… ANDY they taught me people can and do recover and every recovery is different, there is hope Im so grateful 🥲 I have a great job nice car home and my family.. they have become my family..ANDY I can't thank you enough for the talks the pushes showing me that I am worth it and we do recover.. one day or one minute at a time
This place has been a blessing for me. They all helped me get through so.e very hard times and gave me the tools to continue. My counselor is Andy, he has been one of the major players in counseling me and getting me… back to a more productive life and I can't thank him enough.

Staff is great and super friendly. Everyone knows your name that works there so you don’t feel uncomfortable or awkward. They saved my life when I was in a bad place and I’m 7 years clean. Open arms is a wonderful place.
