MPower Wellness of Pennsylvania LLC – Exton Detox and Rehab Services
The register shows MPower Wellness of Pennsylvania LLC – Exton providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.
Both conditions are treated in parallel, which is what the research supports. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

I’m forever grateful for this program including everyone from the staff to my group members in playing a role in making me a better person. I encourage anyone who may be struggling to put your insecurities aside and… join the program. Trust me you will definitely get the results you are looking for. I can’t say thank you enough and hopefully you will feel the same. Thank You
MPower Wellness helped my mental health so much. I feel like my life is back on track. Grateful to the whole team - they really care about you! From my first call, I felt comfortable here.
I’m currently receiving mental health treatment at MPower Wellness, and I’ve had a very positive experience. The staff is kind, supportive, and truly cares about their clients. I’m grateful for the care I’ve received so… far and would highly recommend MPower Wellness to anyone looking for caring, supportive treatment.
Incredible Staff , Facility , and program as a whole !
I have been with MPower for some time. Fantastic people. My personal therapist John, amazing guy. Has been super supportive and patient with me and some of my personal matters went well above and beyond for me. The… whole crew. I am still working with them learning from them. Very flexible as well with my hectic schedule with work and life. As John will say “Life be lifeing” Truly lifesaving experience with them.
I’m only on the start of my journey here, but I already feel supported on my journey and heard for who I am underneath the substances. Every single team member truly cares about seeing you succeed and will try a… multitude of different methods that work. I am truly grateful for taking this step and if you need help, I’d recommend trying this team out here
The support I received through one of the worst times of my life was incredible. Their group sessions helped me feel less alone
I can’t speak highly enough about them. I started 2 weeks ago and I’ve never felt so cared for and heard before. This has been the hardest time of my life and every staff member and therapist has been there along the… way to help in whatever way I need supported. It’s truly changing my life for the better everyday. If you are struggling with your Mental Health this is the place to be. Thank you to everyone!
MPower has been incredibly helpful in early recovery. They have given me hope during early sobriety, something I had not experienced in my other longer periods of sobriety done by myself. They provide ample resources… for long-term recovery and support systems. Staff is very compassionate, non-judge mental, and knowledgeable. Groups are ran efficiently and effectively to share and hear from others in a safe space, as well as providing tools for sobriety and giving helpful context of general addiction. I have gotten sober multiple times previously, but have not experienced the hope and weightlessness that I do after being with MPower.
I cannot recommend this facility based on my experience with the leadership and a medical provider (psychiatrist). The level of unprofessional behavior observed was concerning, especially within an organization whose… primary goal is to support mental health. Attempting to force an unlicensed staff member to initiate a 302 hold on a patient who did not meet the necessary criteria is inappropriate and concerning. Even though the hold was not ultimately implemented, the mere expectation and subsequent questioning of the staff member about this decision were unprofessional. Additionally, allowing employees to be spoken down to and then faulting them for walking away from disrespectful treatment is unacceptable. There is also undue pressure on leadership to collect multiple patient reviews weekly, despite patients having already provided feedback. The expectation that staff respond to texts late at night, sometimes close to midnight, or complete tasks outside of their regular work hours—including weekends—demonstrates a disregard for work-life balance and employee well-being. Moreover, running programs that combine substance abuse and mental health treatment without proper state licensing raises serious ethical and legal concerns. Mental health organizations should reflect internally on their own practices and well-being before offering community care. It was deeply troubling to receive messages from a client who feel their treatment providers were aggressive or rude. Such incidents have been reported but appear to be overlooked rather than addressed. Furthermore, the practice of pressuring clients into more intensive levels of care like PHP or IOP against their needs, possibly for financial gain, compromises genuine patient care. All staff and leadership are aware of this matter. If they attempt to reply to this review, it’s inaccurate because the conversation was already had with them. Patients deserve to receive appropriate, respectful, and professional care. Transparency and integrity are essential in mental health services. I firmly believe that unethical behavior, especially when hidden, ultimately comes to light.
Rude rude rude psychiatrist they gave me. I'm the professional I know what's best she said to me. I am not listened to at all. Pushy and aggressive wouldnt come here again!
Appreciate Gigi, John, Olivia and Winters help to get my life back on track.
The therapists at MPower Wellness are amazing. I was recommended by my psychiatrist to join an IOP (group) to help me with my ongoing mental health battle, and I just so happened to find MPower (since they're local to… where I live and work). Attending group every night since I started in March has helped me tremendously, given the fact that my socialization skills were horrible, and I hated talking to new people/getting to know new people due to my anxiety and trust issues. If you are struggling with mental health issues, addiction, socialization, etc., MPower would be a wonderful place to start. As of today, May 14 2026, I have successfully completed my time in the IOP, and highly recommend looking into their IOP if you're struggling. I know what it feels like to be alone, and just know that there are good people out there who want the best for you. You are not alone, no matter what your brain may tell you. It is easier said than done, but it doesn't hurt to dip your feet into the water and outside of your comfort zone.
I honestly can’t thank yall enough for the support, care, and guidance they’ve given me during one of the most difficult periods of my life. From the moment I reached out, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared… for. The therapists here created a safe environment where I could be open without judgment, and that made a huge difference in my healing and growth. They helped me develop healthier ways to cope, understand myself better, and regain hope when I really needed it most. THEY HAVE YOGA integrated with our sessions. What stands out most is how compassionate and dedicated and understanding everyone is. You can tell they truly care about the people they help, not just professionally but personally. I’m incredibly grateful for the impact this organization has had on my life, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for support, understanding, and real help. Thank you for everything you do.
Awesome/ supportive staff. Helpful curriculum. Definitely recommend
Mpower is great for anyone struggling with addiction. They also provide virtual meetings for anyone who is working full time and cant attend in person. I really enjoyed my time there and they helped me navigate the… mental and physical symptoms of recovery.
Mpower wellness is a great place and the staff really cares about the clients. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, and made me feel at home. I truly appreciate the attention and compassoin during my time… there. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality treatment.
The programs at MPower are life-changing. They really take the holistic approach to the person and what they are struggling with to create a plan and support system. I highly recommend MPower for both PHP and IOP!

I was nervous about going at first but honestly it’s been good for me. The staff are chill and the groups actually help me. I like being around people who actually get it. I actually am making progress.
The vibe here is supportive and encouraging. The groups help and the people in group really get it. The staff are great and I know I can go to any of them for help if I need it.
My experience here was honestly amazing. From day one I felt supported and cared for. My counselor actually understood me and helped me see things in a new way. I was totally closed off and pretty much had given up on… myself. The case managers were awesome too and made everything way less overwhelming. Seriously grateful for everything they did.
Great community of people and staff, would recommend this place! Staff makes you feel comfortable and supported. NAOMI and Emma and Olivia alone make it worth going and keep trying. Couldn’t have done it without them.… Deeply grateful. Thank you
