Advanced Behavioral Health – West Chester Address, Location and Contact Information
The facility address is 390 East Boot Road, West Chester, Pennsylvania, 19380. The city lies within Chester County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

very good
Awful staff :) they don’t care about the people. One told me it was for a check.
i was there for 5 months and yall gotta cut this place some slack, the kids who hated it were the kids who CHOSE to act out for zero reasons other than wanting the attention they already were getting. the fact that i… was able to go a straight 5 months with zero violations or write ups while these people couldnt go WEEKS without fighting or assaulting their peers and staff is damn good proof that its not as bad as these people are making it out to be. i met life long friends and learned valuable stuff there. ive been out of the hospitals and rtf for almost two years and im finally living. if you wont take or accept help, dont go to these places then cause all that does is take up beds for kids who WILL accept help and WANT to get better. now im not denying anyone's experience, but id like to say that many of the peers ive been admitted with have willing put themselves in situations they shouldn't be in and then chose to complain about the consequences.
This place is nasty the staff are rude and leave bruises on the body from restraints and they will restrain you if you don't calm down if youre crying
I was there when I was 13 worst place ever staff are horrible it was the worst I have a lot of trauma cuz I was there do not recommend this place at all I'll live on the streets before I go here again
Dirty ,disgusting food ,staff antagonize
This place is god awful. I struggle with severe trauma now, and I dissociate because of the medicines I was put on for years.
