This time was a charm. Just had enough of being sick and tired.

My Journey to this point has consisted of 3 rehabs(not court ordered), 2 DUIs, as well as LOTS of good times, lots of travel, the best Friends and Family! A valuable life worth living! A true Alcoholic that should never… ever hold or pick up a drink! Unfortunately now I'm plagued with Kidney and Liver Disease. Initially the mere thought of having a 3 hour meeting with a Therapist and small group was the LAST thing in my Vision. However I need this service for 3 months to possibly get on the Kidney Transplant List. I have grown to truly enjoy Kyle's IOP group. I look forward to it and miss it on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kyle has opened my eyes and nudged me to attend meetings. My answer turned from NO thank you, to I will give AA meetings a go. Keep in mind that I have been in and out of the Program for 20+ years. Guess what? I am enjoying AA meetings now! I dreaded them before. I am grateful to Kyle and his group for pushing me to my next step in Recovery. Such a blessing!! Family counseling with Rashida Paey was informative and wonderfull. It is only once a month. I would like it to be once a week if possible. I think a lot of people would find this helpful.

The counselors and staff go above and beyond for you. This program takes as much stress off your plate as possible so you can just focus on your recovery.

I've been apart of the Key program since Sep of 2020. It has been a long hard journey for me personally. Recovery is a inside job. If you don't put the work in, you will not get the results. A support team around you is… a staple of that foundation. If you are willing to put that work in, this a place and team of people who care about your progress and future. They have a hardened job, dealing with a disease that shows no mercy and kills with less. A special thank you to Jamie and Debbie for always being kind/friendly and organized in helping to meet my needs so I would be able to have the time spent with my counselor Kim. Kim B has been in my corner for the whole journey. She has never judged me in my downfalls all the way through my day by day success. Whenever I have needed her support she has always made the availability to me to the best of her capability. She has helped with being accountable to myself as well as keeping an open mind to personal needs. I am grateful for the entire existence of this team and program. Thank you, Sincerely.

My experience with this company was fantastic. From start to finish, I truly felt like I was important and they wanted to help me. Jamie helped me with all of my insurance information and made it super easy. We all know… dealing with insurance companies can be extremely difficult and frustrating. Jamie helped me with every detail and went above and beyond in my opinion. Kim was A fantastic counselor, and is a huge part of my success. I don’t think I could of done it without the experience, help and knowledge of the professionals at Key Recovery in Brookhaven PA.

Key recovery was an amazing experience for me, I was giving a lot of positive feedback that has helped me in my journey with recovery, my councilor Kim was the best and always reached out to she went above and beyond… and showed so much compassion, if you or a loved one needs help this is the place to go friendly safe environment and communication is always so easy

Absolute joke. Find somewhere else. They will try to keep you as long as possible while simultaneously withholding crucial information from you. The director James is an absolute joke who lies and does not even know… current PA medical laws as proven by my doctor calling him out and telling me he was completely wrong. I had to go as far as to contact my family lawyer to dig up other issues with UHS. If United Health is involved steer clear they only care about your money or the insurance money. I would NEVER recommend this place to someone who actually needs help and I also contacted my insurance to let them know what was going on there. Do your self a favor and seek help elsewhere.

I place for drug n alcohol treatment,to rehabilitate yourself.

Good place for recovery frank runs a good iop group. He is definitely a counselor who cares about his clientele and would go out of his way to help out a person in need.
