High Focus Centers – Exton Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 495 Thomas Jones Way in Exton, Pennsylvania, 19341. Chester County covers this area. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.
A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

High Focus Centers – Exton Reviews and Ratings
Reviews for High Focus Centers are drawn from around the web and from RehabSeekers itself, where patients, loved ones, healthcare workers and referring professionals can share their experience of the Exton program.
As a professional in the field, I’ve never had a bad experience with the folks at High Focus, nor have I heard a bad word from the families I’ve referred to their care. Great program and staff all around! Sara L has… been especially amazing and helpful!
Compassionate team of individuals!
Extremely rude receptionists, no help, and very unprofessional
Staffing is extremely rude , unexceptionable behavior
Treatment isn’t even treatment is a self induced stroke system
Horrible staff extremely rude and disrespectful. Do not recommend whatsoever
Staff was rude I would give 0 if I could
Rude staff made me terribly uncomfortable! Will not recommend to anyone!
Before starting therapy, I felt completely overwhelmed and lost. My anxiety and depression had taken over, and simple daily tasks felt impossible. It was here, through PHP, IOP and finally OP that I was in a safe space… where I was truly heard without judgment. I learned practical coping skills to challenge my negative thoughts and regain control of my life and confidence. I am deeply grateful for having such a strong team of therapists, thank you Mark, Rachel, Sydney and Megan. I want to also thank Lisa at the front desk for starting my day off with a warm hello every time I came through that door, sometimes it’s the little things in life that matter.
High Focus Centers in Exton provides great outpatient behavioral health care for both adolescents and adults. The flexible outpatient programming allows individuals to receive high-quality mental health support while… continuing with their daily responsibilities at school, work, or home. If you’re looking for a behavioral health program that combines clinical excellence with empathy and compassion, I recommend High Focus Centers in Exton. Their dedication to helping adolescents and adults heal, grow, and thrive makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.
Great program, the space is welcoming and everyone was kind, and helpful. I would recommend them for family, friends and community.
Amazing program!
nice place
The program is very good. They have very nice therapists and they are caring and attentive and will do their best to get you in a better state of mind and provide you with resources to help you. However, stay far away… from their billing agents. Absolutely disrespectful and do not honor payment plans. If you’re struggling with money these people will love to rob you of every cent and put your bank account in the negatives. It’s not the eyes that are blind but their hearts. Their billing team are walking a fine line to the path to jahannam. Absolutely terrible human beings that care more about a dollar than human life.
Absolutely horrible experience. Specifically with the lead, Jayda. Very unprofessional and lacked a basic skillset you would desire from a therapist.
We’ve seen Dr. Fitzmartin twice, and both experiences were extremely disappointing. During both visits, his demeanor toward my son felt condescending and, at times, accusatory. When my son shared that he had been… dieting and exercising to help manage his depression and overall health, the doctor responded with, “Why are you doing that?”—and quickly shifted to offering a prescription for weight loss medication, seemingly disregarding the effort and progress my son had already made. At my son’s request, I attended the appointments, but I was made to feel unwelcome. When I sat in an extra chair in the room, the doctor remarked, “That’s an experimental chair…meaning it’s never used,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. There were also serious issues with basic care and follow-through. Prescriptions were not filled in a timely manner, and when they were, they were filled incorrectly. Communication and attention to detail were clearly lacking. What was most frustrating was the lack of continuity and preparation. During the first visit, I believed the doctor was taking notes and becoming familiar with my son’s medical history. We even had a separate appointment with another provider to review his medications and hospitalizations in detail. Despite that, we were asked to repeat the entire history again—not just once, but twice—because the doctor did not seem to remember or review prior information. He couldn’t even recall that he had increased my son’s medication at the previous visit. Overall, this experience felt disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the issues extended beyond the doctor, as the front desk staff were also not particularly helpful or welcoming. My son deals with anxiety and a fear of doctors, there was very little kindness shown or even acknowledgment. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism before. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this provider or facility.
Wonderful staff, wonderful experience.
When I came to High Focus I was in the highest anxiety state of my life, during my time here I have met some incredible people in group, fantastic holistic providers and had great insight from therapists especially Mark… and Sydney. Sydney is my assigned therapist and has had a hand in forever making my life better. She works endlessly to make sure I am heard, comfortable and advocated for constantly. Forever grateful that I found this place and gave it a chance with an open mind and heart. I wanted to do an update to express how thankful I am for High Focus Anxiety and OCD IOP. OCD is something I recently was diagnosed with and had no idea what was going on in my mind and body. It was alarming and through the process of PHP and this specialized IOP for my anxiety and OCD it has truly changed my life forever. Megan is such a fantastic addition to this already great team and I will be forever grateful for all the compassion and knowledge I learned in our short time together. I also was so relieved to be in a room with people who are experiencing something along side as me too and who really understood me. I know that the skills I have learned during this time I will be able to use for the rest of my life. Thank you High Focus!
The team of therapists and supervisors are awesome! Very supportive and deeply committed to their clients. I highly recommend!
The Anxiety and OCD IOP really helped. Rachel is excellent.
Renee is an excellent therapist, with a bright future.
Great experience for my teen son in the PHP program! I’m seeing a lot of improvement in his emotional regulation and the staff has been amazing. Highly recommend!
Two stars are for my therapist. As for High Focus, it requires much more organization on the administrative side. As a result of my intake appt, I'm informed I will be attending their Intensive Outpatient Program, a… 9-month program condensed in 8-weeks. Immediately I receive a notification of a repeat meeting that will last 8-weeks. Within 2 weeks of the start of my therapy sessions, I meet a psychiatric nurse who informs me of my return to work date which is within the next 2 to 3 weeks. EXCUSE ME? Within a week of meeting the nurse, she leaves causing my mental health to be severely impacted because her exit plan wasn't planned very well. THANK GOD for my therapist. Within a week, I'm aligned with a psychiatrist to discuss my progress (or lack there of). After this check-up, I felt deplated & unheard. The psychiatrist is more concerned with my return to work date then recognizing I'm not ready. As a result of this conversation, I'm prescribed more meds not the option to extend therapy to address my mental health concerns. BUT, THANK GOD for my therapist who listened & took action. I just feel like I'm being rushed out of the program with medication. If the 9-month program is being condensed into 8-weeks, why are clients being rushed through the program? My anxiety wouldn't be at an alarming level if the administrative & medical staff were more aligned & organized. WHY NOT schedule the client for the program's full 8-weeks, monitor their progress every 2 weeks. Within the first month, reevaluate to determine is this form of therapy working? If yes, then discuss discharge date from program or the need to keep in program or does this individual require another form of therapy? This experience with High Focus has heightened my anxiety & hasn't truly addressed my anger & grief BUT thank God for my therapist. If it wasn't for her, I would be returning to work worse off from when I was placed on leave. High Focus really needs to take a thorough look at the intake process. Also, I believe I'm being rushed through because I'm being placed on the same timeline of tjose transition from their partial hospitalized program into intensive group therapy. Two different programs, CORRECT? Don't rush my therapy based on another program. I believe, my 8-weeks is being shortened because of this. Very disappointing & discouraging to have this feeling & this office still believing I'm ready to return. BUT THANK GOD for my therapist & my therapy group. If you choose to come here, ask questions, get clarity, & don't allow yourself to be rushed through. Advocate for yourself.
I sat for the 3 hour intake just to find out that they could not provide transportation for some of the days my daughter would be attending. That they also don’t supply meals for lunches. So we went with a different… program.
I am in my second week of High Focus Center's Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and I have had an outstanding experience. I have the capability to participate virtually, with the in person group, and it is… working very well. I love the expressive therapy groups (art, yoga, sound, meditation, etc.), and the psycho education materials. We have a small group and plenty of time to process and participate. In the past two weeks, I am feeling significantly better and I am excited to keep going with my daily challenges. Amazing group of people and positive energy.
