Lone Star Counseling Services – Houston Detox and Rehab Services
The register shows Lone Star Counseling Services – Houston providing intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.
Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

Lone Star Counseling Services – Houston Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 11301 Richmond Avenue, Houston, Texas, 77082. Houston sits in Harris County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

How Much Does Treatment at Lone Star Counseling Services – Houston Cost?
Private-pay rehab in Texas typically costs $3,000 to $10,000 a month for an intensive outpatient program and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. Those are state-level figures, because RehabSeekers did not find published prices for Lone Star Counseling Services – Houston at the time of writing.
Most programs build the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling into the price, and Lone Star Counseling Services probably does the same. Medication, lab tests and psychiatric appointments are often billed separately. Ask Lone Star Counseling Services for a figure based on your needs and what it includes.

I must admit Lonestar Counseling Services was the best!!10/10 ,I definitely recommend if anyone has any court-ordered classes to take etc.this is the place to be from the calm and welcoming atmosphere to my facilitator… Chris you can't go wrong,he was a great listener and made the class interesting to the point all the group would communicate how willing and ready we were to come week after week. You can definitely get what you came for here at Lonestar Counseling 1000/10

I have been going to Lone Star Counseling Service for 10 months. They have been very helpful to me. They treat their Clients like family. They have helped me in many ways as for finding me a Therapist and Psychologist… for helping me for my craving for cocaine for 37 years. They are always here to support you and want you to succeed in your life. I finished my IOP and my SOP and I still go 3 times a week. Again I want to THANK CAROL CHUCK AND MS.MARY for everything and showing me the truth and support you have for me. Thank You
Love the staff very responsible and attentive to all the clients would recommend to any one that has to do IOP SOP very affordable and caring specially Mrs Carole and Mrs Mary.
Great group of counselors who I believe are truly passionate about helping others. They’re very inviting and cater to each person. Glad I picked them for my needs
I called but someone answered and said they didn't speak Spanish. I don't know if they have Spanish classes there!
I highly recommend Lone Star counseling to anyone who needs to take these classes. The instructors were lovely. Most sincerely, H.G.
Honestly would just go somewhere else. I was running late and chuck was by far one of the rudest people I have ever met. Although i take full responsibility for being late there is still away to handle it. Chuck let me… know that his time is more valuable than mine. He spent his time making degrading remarks & referred to me as “you people”. It’s no reason to treat people like they are less than you for any reasons. These people are suppose to be here to help and Chuck was everything but that.
Ms. Mary is one of the most lovely, patient, and engaging counselors that I have ever met! Chuck is so down-to-earth and relatable: it's very refreshing to hear from someone who has been through similar struggles and… has overcome them. I came to this place when I was more than a little lost, and I left feeling MUCH better and more confident in my journey. They are very understanding when issues happen as long as you communicate with them, because they are genuinely there to help. I am grateful for my time with these lovely and empathetic people.
I would highly recommend this place great environment counselors are on point very helpful thank you, @David Lockett
Best place to go to easy and very educated
I love this place! From day 1, Carol, Chuck, David, Jayne, Wayne, and Chris have been kind, compassionate, and professional. Always willing to adapt to my needs to fulfill my obligations to the court. With over a year… clean today, after 35 yrs of active addiction and 7 felony convictions, I am free from the court system and free from the desire to use!! When I finally learned to ask for help and take a few simple suggestions....my life got better! I still visit Lone Star Counseling, as often as possible, to share my experience, strength, and hope! They are my friends and I am truly grateful for the influence they've had on my transformation!
I have never felt more disrespected in my life. I came in for a drug and alcohol evaluation and when he started asking me about charges that happened 7+ years ago that are not at all related to my current case, that I… did not remember, Chuck accused me of being on drugs. I have been clean and sober for over 365 days now. To be clean for this long and feel so disrespected is just wrong. I highly, highly recommend that no one have their drug evaluation done by Chuck. Then he accused me of leaving details out when I couldn't have told him due to him interrupting and telling me to stop talking, if you are in recovery and want to feel like you are in a safe environment, this is not the place for you, stay far away.
Carol Cloud and Chuck Fontenot are great people !! If you want or are seeking help , and good friends , please reach out to them ❤️
Hands Down the B E S T place to seek help !
Loved this class really teaches you valuable tools. Great staff and great prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I had Chuck, Amy, Jayne and David as my counselors. They all were very knowledgeable of the law and had a lot of information to share on alcoholism and drug abuse! I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is… looking for help or just needs someone to talk to or just listen! They are an awesome group of professionals!!
I have taken my iop classes here chuck was my counselor and was very nice and always pick up my phone calls out class if I ever needed anything. Learned a lot about effects of drug alcohol stress and anger management.
Rude and very unprofessional. They never answer the phone and when they do they are very discourteous.
Played back cool people I'd go again
I took the class and really enjoyed it. It was educational. However, it has been over a month and I still haven't received my certificate. I have called both the school and instructor several times. At this point I will… not have my certificate in time to get my ticket off my record. Waste of $60 that could have gone toward taking the class elsewhere or paying for my ticket since it looks like it will be on my record now.
