They never answer a call.

I went for a vaccination, and it was so natural I didn't even realize I was getting one. The nurse was very gentle.

It's awful, I call and they never answer. I've been waiting for a family doctor for 3 years, another disgrace to the NHS.

Good morning, after 50 attempts over two consecutive days, no one answered the phone, and this is a lack of respect for the users. Thank you.

Schedules never match what's on the National Health Service's (SNS) schedule. There are no warnings about anything.

They don't answer the phone.

Please note that weekend hours (Saturdays and Sundays) have changed to 8 AM to 2 PM.

It is completely unacceptable that a public health facility has the wrong hours published. Someone goes there at 2 PM on a Saturday, because that's the published time, and arrives to find it closed. At the very least,… they should change that!

Lagoa is the best municipality to DIE in, the service is shameful, a year's wait to get an appointment to show test results.

Don't answer, it's not necessary.

The service is a disgrace. You go before noon to get an appointment for the day, and they only give out appointment numbers at 1 PM. You wait and wait, and you had an appointment at 2:45 PM, but at 3:45 PM you hear that… the doctor isn't coming. This is a service that we all pay for. The administrative staff leave much to be desired; they have almost no friendliness or empathy for the patients.

There are no doctors.

Excellent care. We were on vacation and my little one cut his foot in the pool. Sonia (the nurse) took care of him; she was lovely and very patient, especially with our mix of Portuguese and Spanish. She was very… professional and also very compassionate. It's so appreciated when these things happen far from home.

I'm tired of calling and they never answer! It's a disgrace, not to mention the employees who are always in a bad mood.

Friendly security guard at the entrance. Otherwise, nothing positive to report. Incompetent women at reception. Long waiting time, poor service. Constantly ringing phones are ignored. Not customer-friendly at all!

Enquanto o vigilante (João) é uma pessoa maravilhosa que ajuda, orienta, dá explicações como deve ser, tem uma atendente, uma tal de Marisa Felipe que não parece ser nada humana! Além de arrogante, ignorante, não faz… questão de entender, não sabe resolver nada e joga pra outras atendentes. Estou gestante com ameaça de aborto, fui ao centro de saúde direto do hospital com encaminhamento do médico pois precisava de uma consulta para pegar uma baixa pois preciso ficar em repouso, não quiseram me atender, essa mesma atendente disse para voltar no dia seguinte no horário X para ter com a médica (consulta do dia). No dia seguinte chego dentro do horário e a mesma diz que não podem me atender, que não tem médico, e que a médica que tive minha consulta na gestação não era médica família que só estava a dar um apoio. Depois pediu para que eu me dirigisse a outro balcão que ela não podia fazer nada, fui e a outra atendente não sabia o que fazer e nem falar. Depois falaram que tinha que resolver no centro de saúde de Carvoeiro, fui lá mesmo não conseguindo andar de dor e com hemorragias, em carvoeiro disseram que não podem fazer nada que isso deve ser tratado em Lagoa. Estão fazendo hora com minha cara ou o que ? Isso é uma palhaçada , que fechem esse lugar ou coloquem pessoas competentes para trabalhar. Depois dizem que grávidas tem prioridade… Péssimos!
