Lack of empathy and respect for users.

Days and hours spent calling, waiting on hold for up to 3 hours, and no one answers. They need more staff. The people who are there are alone serving customers at the counter. There's no email address or anything to… contact them, and it's impossible to reach them by phone.

It's frustrating waiting to be answered on the phone... Hours of waiting until you can no longer hear the repetitive message "your call is on hold, please wait"...

Friendly and attentive team.

In my opinion, they should hire someone just to answer the phone, because after 30 minutes of listening to a recording, "your call is still on hold, please wait..." I had to give up and try calling back later. Thank you.

I've been waiting for 3 hours for someone to answer my call. I need to confirm an exam for the next business day and no one is answering. It's shameful.

The waiting room is very small, and the service is right at the entrance, which is a bit overwhelming. When I went, there were no tickets; it was first-come, first-served.

Whenever I called, I was answered. Of course, we waited a little while for them to answer, which is normal as everywhere, but I was always well attended to and with friendliness from the whole team. After patiently waiting two hours to get through on the phone, I finally managed to schedule the exam... and the person who answered was very friendly...

It's impossible to get through on the phone. I've been trying to call for a week and no one answers. I live 100 km away and need to have tests done. There's no respect for those who are sick. You should be in this… situation to feel what it's like. You mediocre people.

It's regrettable how the phone service is; nobody answers. I've called several times and the call is always on hold. That's a lie; simply nobody answers. Just a little while ago I was listening to a recording for 20… minutes. Are the people in charge of the clinic unaware that the staff aren't answering calls?

Nothing to complain about, the waiting time was 30 minutes for an ultrasound but apart from that the staff was competent.

A truly shameful service. I called for almost two weeks and no one ever answered the phone. Today I went there, and the lady, besides being incredibly unfriendly, when I said I wanted to schedule an exam, looked at the… envelope and, without even looking at what it was, replied that they are not currently making appointments. They only make appointments in March for the month of April.... Horrible.

What a disgrace...we can call all day and no one answers...the times I've been there I've never seen anyone answer the phone, so the line isn't busy...😡

It's impossible to contact them by phone. The employee answers the call and puts the phone down so it doesn't ring, ignoring the caller. The system naturally puts calls on hold.
