I give this establishment zero stars. The head of service and the entire staff are abusive, except for two people who stand out. They don't hesitate to rummage through your belongings, emails, and text messages, and… even steal your identity documents! They air your problems in front of the other young people and send you to the emergency homeless hotline (115)! My advice to all parents or educators who are thinking of sending their children there: Run away!!!!
