Horrible business. After contacting them I was informed I had 5 dwi offenses knowing I've only had 2 I even contacted Jeff city being told 2. They refused to double check info. I'm terminally ill and need my own… transportation. Completely unempathetic and any attempt to help or understand. I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with this place!

Everytime I call the lady on the phone at corporate that answers is crazy ignorant and just sounds like someone kicked her dog. Then as I’m still being respectful and telling her thanks for the help and to have a good… day the lady just hangs up on me?! Has nothing to do with not accepting responsibility and everything to do with we have people who hate their lives working jobs that require good customer service. Don’t judge a book by its cover that’s and old saying

Ridiculous pricing

Most reviews aren't going to be helpful as anyone who has anything to do with EMASS has been forced to deal with them; these people are generally unable to accept responsibility for their actions so they make entities… like EMASS the bad guys. Unfortunately, I've had multiple instances over the years where I've had to deal with EMASS' services. I've been to both the south city and the St. Charles location multiple times. For the most part, yes, they operate fairly and MOST of the staff is helpful and kind. Yes, their pricing is expensive - that's what happens when you have contracts with the government and controlled competition. You can thank your politicians for that. If you're in a position where you need to take advantage of EMASS' services, and you live in the south city/county area, I'd say do it. Their south location is fully of friendly (albiet often changing) people. Thier virtual meetings? Wonderful. The main issues I have all seem to stem from St. Charles location (if you call and a Diane picks up the phone, I'd hang up. Immediately. Then call again, and hope it's not her the second time) There's a few of them up there that are extremely condescending, unhelpful, and will hang up/transfer you at the drop of a hat. I understand the type of people and things they must have to deal with on a regular basis, but when you have people being friendly to you, the GENERAL CONSENSUS IS BE FRIENDLY BACK.

Friendly staff

Poorly ran and teacher who is extremely undermining students in the domestic violence class. Only when a substitute is there in place of Cheryl, the teacher, do the men in this class open up and feel comfortable to talk… and learn much more on what to do if same situation happens again so that the situation doesn't turn violent. Bad thing is, which helped get the 1 star only, the EMASS management knows and does nothing about it. They also do not maintain parking area during winter weather. Is icy and no salt placed out to prevent people or cars from sliding.

They really know how to treat their clients. There's always a friendly atmosphere. They do not make you feel as if you're doing something wrong which is a big deal

Sucks to have to come here but the staff is helpful.
