I have been a patient at this facillity nearly a year , , I can honestly say if your truly ready for a sober life, They are there to help you meet that goal. They have a TEAM , this team consist of your Dr., a… therapist, couselor and a case worker.They also have meetings thats apart of the smart recovery community, They give you every tool available to help you succeed, Each is there to help you through any crisis big or small that may intervine or cause a relapse and if you do happen to relapse , you won't be booted , they vamp up your help. They extended a loving hand to pull you up , help dust you off and put you right back on track. They are very supportive and give you every opportunity to be successful. Their all so kind. Please don't misunderstand I'm not saying their not strict or expect you to do your part. After all it is YOUR RECOVERY they just offer you a safe, loving space to become and stay sober. They are strict on your appt date and time. If you're to be there at 10 am then be there by 9:55 am. If you think you might be late, YOU MUST CALL & TELL THEM !! You just can't show up 5 minutes late and think you will be seen that day. Once you call they will give you 15 extra minutes. This is because they run a tight schedule and its about being accountable and reliable. They know everyones time is precious and that there are patients with jobs , they don't want to waste their time nor allow one patient to mess up every patient after them to suffer the consequences of your irresposibility. This is a place that is set up in such a way , the patients only rwcourse is living a sober life and getting back into life as a productive human being, accomplishing all goals you have ever dreamed of....Really if your not jumping to call and make your first appt by now, then your must not really want it all that much! BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! The education you learn about your disease is priceless. Seriously if your looking for a new Doctor or a Doctor to start with THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

Was with them for over 2 years. Never missed an appointment. Told them from my first week there I was uncomfortable seeing the case manager Emily. Was told I would not have to. For the past couple months they haven't… had staff so I've had to see her which again was told I wouldn't. I had a family emergency and asked for a phone appointment and was told I couldn't so I didn't go to the doctor. I am now discharged Me and 2 family members have been going here for a long time. They pretend to be good people but they are just out to make a dollar. That's why they can't keep staff. But I'm going to be making some phone calls about this. They prescribe you the max dose of medicine then discharge you and leave you to detox cold turkey. Definitely going to be making this as hard on them as they are on me.

Good ppl. Dr. Shaw is great . But in the end you're just another number . You can go years doing great and not getting high but if you hit some hard times and show up 15 mins late a time or 2 they will make you wait a… week instead of squeezing in the 2 mins to take your money

He was a great doctor for my wife she said he listened and took care of her.Just had a problem with Jessica she acted like she owened the clinic.I would give Jessica 1 star at the clinic she runs alot of business off

They are very unorganized and they hardly document anything of importance. There’s some good people who work there But as a whole they’re not professional.
