Free at Last – Palo Alto

I have been trying to get into this program(the closest to me) for 2 and a half months. They never pick up the phone and the time I finally got an appointment the person I had the appointment with wasn't even there. She… called out and didn't tell me.

I keep calling and calling and no one answers the phone . I honestly think this program in east Palo Alto don't work at all specially because of the area where its located. They need a better staff.. nice people that… want to work and nice people who really wants to help other people

I called to ask about a local groups on behalf of a client I support (I found info online that states they run a group on Wednesdays at 12p). Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The woman who answered the… phone was dismissive & unhelpful, said “I don’t know why the phone keeps ringing so much,” and immediately told me “no” when I asked about meetings or possible referrals to local groups. If I had been someone personally seeking support in a moment of need, this interaction would have felt discouraging & unwelcoming. This did not reflect the supportive environment that people in recovery (or someone who is finally open to the idea of asking for help) deserve. I would not recommend this resource based on this experience. There are other local groups, like Voices of Recovery, that are welcoming + supportive. Please reconsider using this "community resource" if you or someone you support is in need of recovery services.

Can a program make your entirely Timley yet Completely undermined authorized intent after search for attempted advocates turns into "Bon Voyage-Tre Sabotage"

It helped me alot to get to know me along with getting my children back and peace of mind.

My experience at free at last was life changing i learned how to live drug free and would recommend this program to anyone
