I've been waiting for a call back for a few months now and I been calling and trying to call a few times every week basically begging for a call back at this point so I can get started. It's important cuz I need a… reference from Sunbury behavioral health in order to get ahead in life. If Sunbury Behavioral Health does finally get back to me and everything is legit and smooth I'll change my review and update but for now it's extra pathetic and everyone that speaks of BH and D&A that have talked to me about their service has said the same things
Absolutely horrible they don't know how to manage an organization and human life is not valuable to Northumberland County or workers named Sam and Mackenzie
No crisis worker even comes to assess for safety or calls you back. Just send the police to check on the person and then they leave. Terrible
