Ser.D. Via Ricordi Detox and Rehab Services
Ser.D. Via Ricordi is one of the Milan sites of ASST Fatebenefratelli Sacco‘s Dipendenze (Addictions) unit, providing prevention, treatment and rehabilitation for substance use disorders, alcohol dependence and behavioural addictions on an outpatient, day-attendance basis. It sits within a wider network of sites across the city rather than operating as a residential or inpatient facility.
The multidisciplinary team here delivers pharmacological treatment, individual therapy and social-educational rehabilitation, paying particular attention to cocaine use, gambling disorder, early-onset cases among young people and dual diagnosis; addiction counselling and screening are also recorded. Since approaches vary between programmes and clinicians, it’s worth confirming exactly what’s offered for the care needed.

How Much Does Treatment at Ser.D. Via Ricordi Cost?
As an outpatient service, the nearest market comparison is Milan‘s outpatient range of roughly €1,000–€3,500 a month (around £900–£3,000, converted at an approximate rate and rounded), describing private outpatient rehab generally in the area rather than this unit’s own charges. Being part of Italy’s national health system, treatment here may be reached by residents at no direct cost, with eligibility depending on residency and local health registration.
To get a clear picture, call the service and ask how the referral-free access process actually works, which hospital departments or community partners are typically involved, and what happens if a course of care needs to run on for longer than expected.

Ser.D. Via Ricordi Reviews
Whether you’ve attended this service, supported a loved one through it, or referred people here professionally, adding a review would give other families a genuinely useful point of comparison.
Alongside reviews, it’s worth considering how the service fits within its wider hospital trust and network of sites, its clinical staffing, and asking exactly what a first, no-referral appointment typically covers and how soon it can usually be arranged.
Noa useless!!
Excellent team in the Rheumatology department, very thorough and competent and above all very kind and without any tone, but humility and availability
WARNING!!! Do not go there if you are not Italian, since you may be discriminated against racially. I am a resident in Italy and I speak the language, regardless the man at the info desk would not accept me for reasons… I can only explain by racism. I explained clearly why I was there, in Italian. He would not listen to me, decided himself what I am asking for does not make sense, and suggested I should go back to my country. (What I was asking for made complete sense, and he could have figured it out with a simple google search, I know because I am about to graduate as a doctor here in Italy). Note that I am not reviewing the medical stuff in any way, since I was not able to see one- thanks to the rude receptionist.
Subject: Formal complaint regarding offensive behavior by a nurse – Obstetric Emergency Department For the attention of the Public Relations Office (URP), Macedonio Melloni Hospital – ASST Fatebenefratelli Sacco I… hereby wish to submit a formal complaint regarding the behavior of a nurse in the Obstetric Emergency Department. The incident occurred on July 27, 2025, at approximately 5:30 PM, during an appointment in the Obstetric Emergency Department, while my fetal heart rate was being monitored (cardiotocography - CTG). During the examination, the nurse, whose name I unfortunately do not know, made the expression "disgusting" towards me, which I perceived as seriously offensive, humiliating, and violating my personal dignity. This behavior caused me severe emotional distress and moral suffering, at a particularly delicate time in my pregnancy. I do not know the nurse's identity, but I believe she can be identified through my medical records and the shift records of the staff on duty on that date and time. I therefore request that an internal investigation be launched to verify the facts, identify the staff involved, and take any appropriate action. I also request to be informed of the outcome of this report, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Kind regards, Name and Surname: Sahar Mbarek
They handled my mother's case carefully and resolved several issues. I recommend the entire staff.
0 STARS. Years of cuts to healthcare funding, and this is the result: a third-world country is more organized!
Review for the selection and cancellation service They resolved everything very quickly and professionally. I've dealt with the local health authority (ASL) offices twice for registration with the National Health… Service (SSN), the regional health authority (ASL) and choosing a family doctor, and they were very, very helpful.
Hello, do you know if it is possible to do a shock wave therapy cycle on the hands with SSN in this facility?
Terrible experience. There's no willingness to work or commit. Starting with the switchboard.
Too bad I can't give zero stars. Milan is the worst place. They're rude.
Excellent
I'm giving one star, but that's already a lot... Orthopedic appointment on November 5, 2025. The system crashed, and that's normal, but the doctor really didn't want to examine me... I didn't even take off my jacket,… nothing, just sit on the table or something. She just looked at the emergency room reports and that was it. After months of waiting, money spent on tickets, gas, and parking, you find yourself in this situation... Crazy.
SHAME ON YOU !!!
I had booked an allergy appointment over a year ago, paying the co-pay regularly. After all this waiting, the doctor told me she didn't think it was appropriate to proceed with the test. This seems absurd to me: if my… doctor gave me a referral, it means he thought the test was necessary. If every doctor has their own opinion, how can a patient trust them and understand what to do? After so much time and a payment, I expected at least a more attentive approach and a clear explanation. It was truly a disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, I went to this facility by appointment... very disorganized and lacking courtesy (both from the medical staff and those managing shifts and access to the ground-floor clinics). One word: chaos. Someone… should also inform the doctors that centralized computerized booking systems exist, so if a patient is diverted to a facility, perhaps they can avoid the perplexed faces and expressions like, "I don't understand why you're here..." This is public healthcare that has crashed into a wall... we too don't understand how certain people work in contact with the public and for the public. Finally, I find it absolutely embarrassing (and perhaps even inconsistent with some legal or regulatory requirements) that I performed the booked service WITHOUT anyone ever asking me for an ID or even my health card... I wonder if this is the way to protect people and patients. A place to avoid with great care.
I went to the community house on Via Ricordi 1, Milan, to the ophthalmologist Raymond Tento Tento. He was very good and kind. I was satisfied with the visit and the whole department is prepared and welcoming. 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!
An appointment for a simple booster vaccination was scheduled three convenient months after the request. On the day of the injection, I was an hour late. I'd say the Italian public health service standards were fully… met.
Vaccine appointment at 10:30am... I managed to get vaccinated at 11:30am
It's truly a disgrace, you can't contact anyone by phone during the days and times indicated, and no response to emails.
Terrible eye exam, very superficial. I could have had it at the optician's for free, and it should have been the equivalent of a paid visit, but it wasn't. It lasted 5 minutes and then it was gone. A long journey for… nothing. They'd be quicker to close it down if this national service didn't apply the same criteria as a private eye exam. They don't have the right equipment, so it's unreliable. You'll have to have it done privately, who at least takes the time to examine you properly. Avoid these visits!
I had a good time as always
On October 17, 2024, I had my first orthopedic consultation with Dr. Bauleo. I was very pleased. I asked several questions, and the doctor listened to me and reassured me about everything, even giving me excellent… advice. Very knowledgeable, personable, professional, and helpful. I was also very pleased with the kind, helpful, and smiling reception at the front desk and the welcome at -1, where they show you where to wait, etc. Thank you 🤍 Alessandra G.
The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful! I went to see the ENT specialist, Dr. Pietro Melillo. It was a pointless and superficial visit. He didn't ask me any questions about my symptoms or previous… problems, and he showed no interest. In fact, I was told he couldn't make a diagnosis and to go to the emergency room when I'm sick because, according to him, I was "just inflamed." Unfortunately, I've had it for three months, and it's not normal. He just looked at my throat like my GP does, nothing more, nothing less. I would have expected a more thorough examination from a specialist, but no. A pointless and even humiliating visit. If you don't have any serious illnesses, they're just a number to cancel from appointments as soon as possible. I will never go back there again. Highly discouraged.
