The compassion and care offered throughout was exemplary, was tailored to my individual needs which not only dealt with my abuse but made a prolific attempt to address the underlying issues I was trying to medicate away from - without this recovery is NOT sustainable. I managed to get my body moving in an organic way, nourish my body with a second to none food offering. Most of all, my 4 weeks saw me reignite with the person I’d thought I’d lost, the person I loved to be. Heart felt gratitude to staff and management. Highly recommend

After exploring our options in the United States we were unable to find a program that offered the one on one attention we wanted for our family member.after speaking with the bay in Australia it was clear they… understood our situation and our need for privacy and were able to help. Traveling abroad was not a decision we made easily,but from start to finish ,what we experienced with the bay was nothing short of remarkable.The entire bay team was committed to my nieces treatment,from psychiatrist and psychologist to the chefs and they’re amazing food she was cared for and enjoyed every day. The treatment program and staff were exceptional! Staff showed lots of care, love and patience, faultless! I was monitored at all stages of my treatment to ensure high levels of comfort. I detoxed and got my body… healthy and moving again.

I was a client of the Bay early 2023 to help me deal with increasingly frequent alcohol binges post a head injury and a long bout of Covid. The care I received at the Bay was beyond outstanding and truly customised to… my needs and situation. I thrived in an environment where I was the only client onsite and benefited greatly from the extensive team of medical professionals whose focus was purely on me. The work was not easy but definitely helped me understand my situation. I was never a supporter of talk based rehabilitation prior to the Bay but now firmly see the benefits and firmly believe that the holistic focused help, support and education I received will be a turning point in my life over and above substance abuse issues. My family member had attended a number of rehabs and he continued to use drugs on his return home. After going to the bay he has stayed off drugs and alcohol and because of the aftercare they offered he now has a great… relationship with his daughter. I would recommend the program to anyone.

The Bay is one of the most transformative, life changing, recharging and powerful experiences I have ever had the pleasure of attending. I have been to many different wellness retreats, workshops, programs and The Bay… puts everything else to shame. I came for co-dependency and I have left feeling a deeper connection to myself, full of peace, self love, enlightenment and skills to help me live my life on my terms. The home I stayed in was stunning, beautiful views, big clean room, lovely bath, surrounded by bright green rolling hills. The carers are wonderful human beings full of the wisdom, love and light you so deeply need when doing such deep transformative work. Dave, the man in charge is one of the most intuitive, strong, insightful, hard working, dedicated human beings I have the pleasure of meeting. He never gave up on me, pushed me to dive deeper, held space for me through my pain and truly changed the tradectory of my life. I will forever be grateful to Dave and the team he has so perfectly put together. I came in feeling scared and deeply alone. I have left feeling like they are a family to me while also feeling incredible at home with myself. The food was delicious, my days were filled with mindfulness, peace, tranquility, deep therapeutic work(with the best therapist I have ever met), nature walks and activities of my choosing. Forever grateful for the Bay. I cannot wait to return and to continue to return year after year.

David and his amazing team were fabulous, not only did they save my life when I was at my lowest point I've been given the tools for a second chance at a happy and sober life. I was treated with such kindness,… professional support and guidance I will always be grateful for everyone at The Bay. My accomodation was beautiful and the food plentiful and excellent.
