About Triple Care Farm

Triple Care Farm is a residential withdrawal and rehabilitation service for young people aged sixteen to twenty-four, delivered by Mission Australia near Robertson in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Admissions are arranged on (02) 4885 1265, with general enquiries on 1300 951 009.

Funding comes partly through the Martin Youth Foundation and partly through NSW Health, so there is no cost to a young person or their family. The programme covers supported withdrawal, residential rehabilitation and aftercare once a young person leaves. The Foundation’s own page describes the location as Knights Hill, New South Wales, so it is worth settling the exact address with the admissions team when a place is offered.

Triple Care Farm Detox and Rehab Services

Triple Care Farm runs three levels of care for young people in their late teens and early twenties: inpatient withdrawal management, residential rehabilitation on the farm property, and aftercare once the residential stay ends. The service is delivered by a national charitable organisation rather than a hospital or local health district.

Having withdrawal and rehabilitation on the same site means a young person does not have to move services between the two stages, and aftercare continues the contact afterwards. Named therapies, education and vocational arrangements, medications, assessment and the substances treated are not stated for Triple Care Farm, so the admissions team is the right place to ask what the programme involves.

Triple Care Farm Reviews

Triple Care Farm is spoken of warmly in public comment from around the web, where the rural setting and the work with young people both draw praise. RehabSeekers hosts reviews for the service, and any young person who has been through the programme, or their family, is welcome to share their experience.

Much of what circulates online comes from fundraising and media coverage rather than former clients. Accounts of how a referral was handled, what withdrawal was like on the farm, how schooling or training fitted around treatment and what aftercare offered would be far more useful to a family making this decision.

This review is for the Batemans Bay Walawaani Residential Campus at Triple Care Farm. Our family came to Triple Care Farm during a time of real crisis. My nephew was struggling, and we were doing everything we could to… find the right support. From my very first interaction with the intake team through to his admission, we were met with care, respect, and a sense that we weren’t facing this alone. His time in the program wasn’t a straight line—there were challenges along the way, but what stood out was the consistency of the staff. They showed up with patience, honesty, and genuine respect for him as a person. That mattered more than anything. What Triple Care Farm gave him wasn’t just structure or support, it gave him a chance to rebuild himself. To be seen. To be challenged. To find some belief in who he could be. He graduated this year, and I couldn’t be prouder. But I’m equally grateful to the staff who walked alongside him. The relationships he built there were real, and you could see the impact of that in the person he became. The support doesn’t stop at graduation either. The outplacement support has been incredibly valuable, providing continuity, stability, and a real sense that he’s still supported as he finds his way forward. I would wholeheartedly recommend Triple Care Farm, the Walawaani campus, and the people behind it. What they do changes lives. It certainly changed his - and ours. Thank you for being there when we needed it most.

I highly recommend this program to any young person that's struggling with an addiction and wanting to get better. The program works if you want to get better. Very nice, caring, understanding and patient staff. If you… need help with housing after coming out of addiction they can help. My after care worker provided me help with getting into my own place and I can't thank her enough with my life changing experience. Thank you to all present and past TCF staff for being so patient with me I appreciate every single one of you 💖

The best decision of my life. Staff are so inviting and giving. I’ve never to connected to people so much. 9/10 experience. When you’re with the right Young People your experience will be great. The farm is such a… wonderful comforting safe space to be in. I felt safer there than home. I will forever cherish my moments there. Thank you TCF.

Utterly disgusting place . They have the funding to have multiple brand new expensive vehicles . Yet there was barely any food and basic necessities etc toilet paper . Terrible program where your mostly just sitting… around doing absolutely nothing. Clearly government funding is getting embezzled by higher ups . And the patients/clients are the ones who pay the price. Absolutely would not recommend.
