How Much Does Treatment at Spectrum Healthcare Cost?

How much does rehab cost in Arizona without insurance? Typically $1,750 to $5,600 for a week of medical detox and $1,500 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. Pricing for Spectrum Healthcare was not found at the time of writing, so the state figures are an estimate only.

Medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling are normally part of the price. Whether Spectrum Healthcare prices its care the same way is not known, so ask. Medication and lab work are common extras.

Place is a joke. They talk a good game, that’s about it. No action whatsoever. You can’t depend on anyone who works for this place. I got the proof to prove it.

This office has screwed something up EVERY time I've had to interact with them. I was forced to find someone new as his pediatrician won't see him now that he's an adult. Spectrum has made this process even more of a… nightmare than it already was. Trust all the other reviews about this place being disorganized and avoid at all costs.

This is by far the most frustrating unprofessional disorganized group of people I’ve ever dealt with. Moving/dropping appointments with no notice or reasoning. They also have no idea what’s wrong when you call or ask… about it. They don’t even know what appointment you’re talking about 90% of the time. Providers don’t show for appointments. Case workers are non existent. Incredibly inconsistent in every aspect. I’ve been hung up on yelled at and completely dismissed. Not a single person I’ve talked to in 3 years has been any sort of helpful. I’m a very experienced and understanding person but this company is such a complete disaster it’s not even worth trying to tell anyone something’s wrong. I’ve very kindly explained everytime I speak with anyone how difficult it is to do anything simply because they have no clue what’s wrong their doing and every person is so surprised. I know I cannot be the only person.

This is my SMI clinic and I really like them. I am sad because Mercy Care didn't renew their contract with them so I have to go to another clinic. My prescriber and therapist were wonderful and at first I had a bad care… manager but she got fired and the next one I got was awesome. I love that they offer virtual appointments for all their services. You wait half an hour or longer on hold to get a scheduler on the phone, and that's my only complaint.

Bad health care dropping SMI patients without notice. This is a flyby night health care . call your real insurance to find a health care provider.they are sweeping their SMI patients under the rug

This is my clinic. High turnover. CM's dont contact u or give u contact info. Called the 800 # on website where transferred to a call center, in order to relay message to my cm im in crisis. No call back. Called crisis… line on website and was told 'call back when you become suicidal or make an attempt'. Ended up in ER last week and STILL no followup or concern or attempt to get me crisis services. I tried to transfer to a new clinic and had to bbsit them to initiate the transfer...transfer intake appointment was made but never communicated to me until I called the new clinic myself to find out. This clinic is gonna end up killing their clients...run like your life depends on it!!!!

I contacted Spectrum today i am being transferred to Terroz i spoke to Manny supervisor my grandfather passed away and i was suppouse to go on vacation i obviously cancelled the trip cause my grandfather passed away i… called to communicate with them and setting up the intake process. i got the supervisor Dennise that told me "it is hard to believe your grandfather passed away if you are going on vacation". as we all know anything can happen at any time and i feel like i have been discriminated far to long in this program and someone needs to pay for the emotional damages i already deal with enough mentally being in this program wrongfully, why would i lie of such a thing i will be submitting this to the attorney general of arizona which is Kris Mayes and the bbb as well as filing another complaint. I uploaded the pictures that were sent to me in my social media to show my grandfather and the employee who did this needs to get fired to many times ive been discriminated in this program and the state of arizona as well i will never be a liar and refuse to be one today especially in a very sad moment in my life we all deserve to get treated fairly and a label shouldn't stop that as well

Seriously disenchanted by the way they operate. It took a month to even get a phone call back, another month to schedule the appointment, and then the appointment couldn’t be completed because they failed to mention you… can’t do a phone call - it has to be a stationary video chat. I understand the implications and risks associated, you would think that if someone was desperately trying to get the help they needed while also trying to keep their family above water, there would be a modicum of understanding and compassion. At the very least, expectations should be set so that for people like myself that can’t choose their mental health over their job are able to better accommodate scheduling.

Russell Byrne2 years ago

I can't schedule another appointment until I speak to my case worker. However, I can't get ahold of them to schedule a time to meet. I can't recommend Spectrum as a place to receive quality mental healthcare. At first… it was fine but then my psychiatrist and case worker both left and since then it has been a revolving door of inadequate doctors and case workers. Multiple times my psychiatrist would not fill all of my medications and I would have to call 5-6+ times over the course of 2 weeks just to attempt to get them to send the medication to the pharmacy. This is a pathetic excuse for patient care. I couldnt get my psychiatrist to fill my medications so I became fed up with them and decided to go through withdrawal just so I wouldn't have to deal with trying to get them to send the script again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Spectrum Healthcare has saved my life. B4 I found them I was an excessively angry agoraphobic and finding help was so hard. After a hospital visit I was given their number to call and I am so glad I called it. I have… been with them for over a year now with an awesome and attentive psychiatrist Kindra Ochoa (monthly), a theripist Elizabeth Mendez who is always remarkable the way she helps me take baby steps (bi-weekly), and a case worker Sue Diaz who is compassionate and supportive and always on the ball (monthly visits) and they are always available to help in between appointments if needed. My calls for therapy on the phone and psychiatrist on Zoom, which I do appreciate as it was necessary when I began with them.. My case worker actually comes to my house to see me in person and offers me help all the time for things I didn't even know I needed. I am on a whole regiment of meds that Kindra prescribed me. No other doctor I tried even came close to the changes in me that Kindra's "Angry man concoction" did in the first month. It made me a new person who could actually listen to Elizabeth's wisdom. I never could have heard what she said before the meds. Kindra moved on and we are stumbling to get a good replacement for her but they are trying. I'm not perfect by far, but I am much better. Even my wife is beginning to enjoy time with me again as I'm now able to show her love that I've not done in many years. If you need help with your mental health these are the folks you need to call. They are very non-judgmental even when I flounder. That helps my being honest which gets me better help. I will say there website could use a little help but their service outshines any flaws on their website.

PLEASE READ!!! Worst place to get medical treatment I had an appointment today at 4:15 pm I received an email to confirm my appointment and also the location of my appointment TURNS OUT THE LOCATION THEY SENT ME DOESNT… EVEN EXIST ! I waited more 30 minutes just to get an answer from the office before I was trying to let them know the location was wrong and I needed to know where to go , by the time they answered it was already 4pm the representative I spoke with asked me to send her proof of the address they sent me and I did!!! I told her if I can still go see the doctor she said that the provider VENETA THOMPSON said no because I was going to be there to late BUT AGAIN HOW IS THAT MY FAULT!!! When they sent the wrong address!!!! She doesn’t even care about her patients or their needs because if she did she would have at least give me a call ! I even asked the representative if I can at least see her on video call because I needed medication that is only prescribed I have asthma and she knows my medical history well I wanted in cue to see her through the video call like the representative told me and she never answered! I missed a day of work because of this and now I have to go to the hospital because I need medication, and I wasted my time and waited weeks for this appointment! And I know they don’t care to lose a patient but I will NEVER GO BACK THERE I never been disrespected and treated like I don’t matter!

Quick and effective care for a majority of the population. This would be good for most people due to the law of large numbers. But for individualized & personal 1:1 complete healthcare I recommend you keep searching.… Website and phone system are better then most but still have same annoying error trends of others in the industry.
