If you are looking for a quality detox look no further than this place! I’ve been to many recovery facilities and this is by far the best. They have comfortable beds tvs in room let u have your phone, games online… streaming and even a ps4. This really helps with engaging the mind during a 24 hour lockdown. They offer MAT and are very quick with addressing your needs and making detox and withdrawal as comfortable as possible. The staff are very smart, well spoken, and respectful. The food is very yummy and nutritious and they cater it every week, and snack or meal u could want. If you have insurance and can afford it this place is so worth it. I came from Colorado just to be here. A breath of fresh air in a very lacking recovery industry. Thank you Scottsdale detox!

I CANNOT say enough good things about this place! I am here today and about to leave and I actually don’t want to leave! The staff is incredible- every single staff member is so kind, caring and willing to answer any… questions you may have. The facility is super clean and has a nice layout. There is a kitchen that is always stocked with a ton of food. However you can also door dash. You have your own room and bathroom, a nice bed with nice linens, your own TV and you can have your electronics 24/7. I have never felt so cared for in my LIFE! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I can't say enough about how amazing this place is, the staff, Doctors, nurses were all absolutely amazing. They are thoughtful caring and helpful in every way. The facility was very clean, private rooms with showers… and all clean with everything you need for comfort for your recovery. I would give them a 10 star if it was an option. I couldn't give a higher recommendation. Thank you Scottsdale Detox you were a god send when I needed you the most! 🙏🏻

I had an experience the night I was admitted, the nurse practitioner wouldn't admit me because of my kidney transplant. Both the Vice President and Founder/CEO promised me in November of 2025 they would make it right.… That they were would find away for me to come into detox then do outpatient intensive care at a discounted rate. THE VP was in touch with me daily until February she just stopped writing me back. She promised me she would help me get sober, but failed me. I am willing to still give them chance, I wish they would stop ghosting and respond to my messages.

I came in here for a basic Detox as a first step to my inpatient and permanent sobriety.. My first impression coming in late at night was a very small room that felt inadequate and a little bit frustrated and just went… to sleep… From the moment I woke up, I couldn’t believe how amazing the staff was from the nurse Jacki that gives you the medication to Rachel, the therapist. To Melinda that has more energy and more smiles than anyone I have met.. The amazing Dr. Alex, who goes by Hollywood, which ironically is my nickname But has an amazing demeanor and disposition and clearly brilliant, but you feel like he’s a friend by the time you leave… Benjamine at the front desk and Ash, who always greet you with a smile, and ironically, you feel like you meet people in here that will become friends after… I rarely do Google reviews or restaurant reviews just because I feel I’m busy and unless somebody just completely blows, me away is the only time that I will take the time to write something and I could not possibly endorse this place enough. It is truly the most amazing staff you will experience and if you’re looking for a Detox, I would go here 100% in contact Meagan and admissions because she will make it perfect for you..!! I promise you cannot find a better value of a detox for your money and time. I promise they will take care of you and get you back on your feet. They are very good. I fly 2k miles if I ever need to go to detox and I… wouldn’t go anywhere else ever again

Don’t know where to begin, this place is amazing! All the staff is incredible! From day one intake and throughout the process. They make you feel very welcomed and so comfortable. The center is super clean and so much… to eat (when you’re able to eat). This is my second time here and I would recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with addiction and trying to get clean and sober. The Doctor is awesome Dr.Ray he comes to your room every morning to see you and help you with meds to make you more comfortable. The nurses come to you for your meds on time and don’t miss a beat. The techs are always around willing to talk and help with anything that you need. During my stay My main day nurse was Justin. He literally had me eating by mid 2nd day feeling better and my Night nurse was Cathy and she didn’t miss a beat rather and made sure I had a well nights sleep. Shout out Lisa, Megan, Holly, Emily in admin and case management shout out to Letti, Cathy, Michelle, Regina and of course huge shout out to Justin the nurses and Shout out to Amy, Noe (my big Dawg) Jackie and Phoebe the techs! Hi, my name is Frank. I am a 60 year-old alcoholic. I drink like a fish for two years. I wanted to stop but did not know how and tell my angel Niece Echo found Scottsdale detox and signed me up. I went there scared of… the withdrawals but these folks here cared for me so well I can’t give them enough credit after three days. My appetite came back after five days. I was walking better again, folks I know it’s scary whether if it’s drugs or alcohol and if you’re scared of withdrawals, don’t be these guys will take care of you. They are wonderful people they make sure you are taken care of. I can’t give them enough credit if it wasn’t for my niece I don’t know where I’d be today. I hope you have something like Echo. If I can do it, anybody can do it

I spent 6 days at Scottsdale Detox Center and it’s the best thing that I’ve ever done, it changed my life completely for the better.
