Im so grateful for the ARC they helped me regain my life back. The ARC team has given me the tools to succeed against my addiction. If you know anyone struggling with addiction the ARC is the best place in Arizona.
I have 8 months of sobriety. Life looks differently when you get yourself on the right track. I am forever grateful to the program and the people who makes this place work. Thank you to staff like Katy Donnie and Vanessa
Very nice rehabilitation center... Huge campus.
Thank you ARC!!!!
Thank you to the staff at ARC. It’s not about the program but the people who show up daily for the population here. Thank you PTL staff immensely
I came into this facility with my gaming laptop as I planned on staying in the residential program and wanted to stay in contact with my son, whom I've played video games with his whole life (as a single dad this… process was just as rough on him, and I wanted to keep some sort of normalcy). Not only was I not allowed access to it, but it was supposed to be kept in a safe the entirety of my stay. When I completed the program and was given back my property, the screen was cracked and didn't turn on. I informed the staff before I left and they spent the better part of an hour looking at photos, trying to prove that my $1200 laptop was broken when I came in. After they couldn't find proof, I was told to file a "grievance" and would be compensated. 3 weeks later, after ignored emails, calls, and messages, I finally got through to someone who informed me that "there's video evidence of the staff not checking to see if my screen was already broken, so no compensation would be received". 100%, I would t have brought a broken laptop into treatment to stay in contact with my son. Furthermore, they made it seem like I did something wrong. I came in 2 days sober, trying to kick my habit on my own, and for some reason I'm punished cause their hired staff didn't do their job. This place treats you as a number, every person is legit just a check, and you're on your own for any and all of their mistakes. Would not recommend.
Thank you arc
