Dr. Ari Simon was one of the emergency room doctors on duty when I took my mom to this hospital two nights ago. I cannot say enough about the care, time, and attention this doctor and his entire staff took to make sure… she got the care she needed. We are embarking on a long medical journey with her, and Dr. Simon did everything he could to make sure we had all the information and resources we need to move forward with confidence. He and his team truly understand what it means to be a caring and competent medical team. I will be ever grateful for our experience at this facility. Thank you to everyone, and I am so sorry I didn't catch the amazing nurses names so I could mention them as well. You are all so very appreciated, thank you.

Beware of this hospital. They will keep you waiting for hours in freezing cold hallways, wearing nothing more than a useless gown, with NO HEAT WHATSOEVER. Pathetic excuse for a medical facility. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!

I underwent an HSG procedure at this facility on April 22, 2026, as part of a fertility evaluation. This was one of the most difficult medical experiences I have ever had. The procedure was extremely painful. During the… exam, I witnessed what appeared to be confusion among the medical staff involved. When the radiologist arrived, she repeatedly expressed concerns about the positioning of the tube and stated that she was not sure she would be able to obtain clear images. She also indicated that the quality of the results could be affected. What was especially distressing was that this discussion took place while I was still on the examination table, in significant pain and in a very vulnerable position. As a patient, it was unsettling to witness disagreement and frustration among the medical team during my procedure. At one point, I felt as though I was being blamed for the decision to continue the procedure without waiting, even though I was the patient and not in a position to direct or make medical decisions regarding the exam. I was in pain and simply trying to get through the procedure. After enduring all of that pain, I later learned that the evaluation was limited. This was deeply disappointing because I had hoped to receive clear answers regarding my fertility. The emotional impact of this experience was significant. The pain, the confusion during the procedure, and the feeling that something was not going right left a lasting impression on me. I was so traumatized by the experience that I never wanted to undergo this procedure again. In fact, it is one of the reasons I asked my doctor to explore alternative testing options for the next step in my fertility evaluation. I respect the work that healthcare professionals do, and I understand that medical procedures can be complex. However, I would have appreciated better coordination among the staff, clearer communication, and greater attention to patient comfort and pain management throughout the procedure.

My brother's name is Norman. He has a doctor here prescribing him with toxic and poisonous Statins. He is constantly coughing and making him worst. When I find out the name of his doctor, I will post it here to warn… everybody.

It is now March 6 2026, Still no disability money. Bloody hell I applied for disability while I was still in the hospital, January 20,2026. I had emergency surgery in January. It is nearly impossible to get my… disability papers signed by surgeon. I need my disability I cannot work, I have no income. I need the disability money, I am running out of money. I was accused by an RN she said I took food from dirty food cart, that is 1000% a lie I took my dirty tray to food box.

This is by far the dirtiest hospital I have ever been to. I would rather die than spend another minute there. While the staff are friendly, the facility is run down and extremely dirty. There is only one restroom for… patients to share in the back of the emergency room, where the treatment rooms are located. When I needed to use the restroom, I found a puddle of urine and pubic hair everywhere — on the toilet and the floor. That’s when I decided to check myself out. If they can’t keep one restroom clean, there’s no way they’re maintaining cleanliness in other areas. Save yourself the troubles and further to John Muir or Kaiser

Emergency room. I didn’t want to go but PCP said I should. Doctor rude with no hello. I think it was Dr. Davies. She don’t consider the time for preparation to go to ED, calling provider, getting my kids ready, driving… there, waiting, then she don’t even listen to me, treating me like a kid. Waste of time. Nurses nice though.

Dr. Martin and Nurse Ebony took such wonderful care of me this morning in the ER. I was truly touched by their compassion and dedication, especially after the difficulties I faced at San Ramon Regional. I’m so thankful… I came here. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive triage nurse, and of course, Dr. Martin and Nurse Ebony, their care made all the difference. They truly deserve the DAISY Award. ---

DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR FREE HEALTHCARE OR THAT THE STAFF IS INADEQUATE AND "YOUR FRIENDS DYING" ETC....THIS HOSPITAL HAS *EXCEPTIONAL* CARE AND HAS BEEN IN OPERATION BEFORE YOU WERE BORN -- TOO MANY GOING INTO THE ER… FOR NONSENSE TO GET PAIN MEDS, ATTENTION, WHATEVER.....HAVE DEADLY DISEASES, ETC AND DOCTORS AREN'T HELPING?!....STAY HOME AND DEAL WITH IT THEN....IF YOU THINK THEY'RE RUDE AT THE COUNTERS - JUST CHECK IN, SAY THANK YOU AND SIT DOWN AND WAIT.....ONE PERSON AT A COUNTER HAS TO HEAR 6 DIFFERENT LANGUAGES FROM 700 PEOPLE A DAY.....THEY DIDN'T ASK YOU TO BE THERE.....YOU VOLUNTEERED.... MAJORITY OF THE ENTIRE STAFF HAS BEEN THERE OVER 20 YEARS, SEVERAL HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 45 YEARS!! IF YOU AREN'T BLEEDING OUT OF YOUR EYES, OR HAVE A FEVER - YOU'RE FINE.... IT'S YOUR ATTITUDE AND MOUTH THAT NEED HELP - THAT'S INCURABLE

My friend's been admitted to this hospital. And now they've been diagnosed with a fair share of rare diseases that these doctors don't know about. Or simply don't care. They're putting my friend through hell. For… everyone's sake, steer clear of this place at all costs.

I was in outpatient for alcohol withdrawal and methodone withdrawal. Matt was the best Dr. there. He took time with me and seemed to really care. Also nurse in red pants, red shirt, dark hair was awesome taking me for… walks and really personable. I know I've made a lot of mistakes in the past, and I'm paying for them now. Sadly. Cheers to the ICU staff who helped me. Just need my exit papers now lol.

I had outpatient surgery here. I was treated very well by the staff and doctors throughout all phases of the procedure: pre-op, op and recovery. I felt safe and had confidence about the surgery.

I go for an Echocardiogram and a CT scan every three months and go for lab work and chemotherapy every three weeks. It's an excellent hospital equipped with exceptionally well trained doctors and RN's who are extremely… committed and truly care for their patients' well-being. The hospital has a cafeteria, where either my daughter or my brother, who is my ride, waits for me during my undergoing chemotherapy. At times, after chemo, we stay at the hospital's cafeteria and have lunch. Sandwiches are made daily, and I usually get the egg sandwich and the yogurt with a bottle of water or lemonade. One can opt for a hot meal of the day. The hospital also has a wonderful gift shop, which is open from Monday through Thursday, where I sometimes stop by in case it's a day I need to wait for my ride and I browse or make a purchase 😀.

Their customer service is POOR ! The people at the front desk are very rude , if you try to ask a simple question they have an attitude. My little sister is mentally ill and not only have they not cared for her properly… , but they won’t even let us speak to her . I’m starting to believe they have her locked up in the basement somewhere .
