As a patient, I’ve been very satisfied with my experiences with Uplift Family Services. The staff is very friendly and always made me feel welcome. The building feels safe and private, and the waiting areas are clean &… pleasantly decorated. The movie selection is decent. They are very busy helping many families all over the area, so sometimes scheduling an appointment with the doctors felt like a waiting game with a small window. But the doctor that I saw was wonderfully patient, compassionate, and helpful. Dr. Nabong is very good at keeping track of her patients and remembering their stories. The same could also be said of my therapist, Ann Marie, times 10! The people that I worked with at Uplift truly try to help their patients in every way they can. I’m very thankful for this resource and Uplift Family Services has helped me learn so much to become who I am today. 10/10 would highly recommend. But only if you come with patience and empathy
From taking a long time to do my son's intake, to in my opinion the questionable judgement of therapist Bob Hickman. Go to River Oaks or Stanford Youth Solutions instead.
