Terrible experiences everytime I utilize PeachTree. No care just a check

this clinic sucks go literally anywhere else

If your health and life is important to you PLEASE dont risk it in this office. Absolutely unprofessional staff. Specially DR. Karen we have been waiting for an important EKG done for a serious life threatening surgery… for my mom DR. Karen cancelled 2 hours before the appointment that we have been waiting for months the surgery would not take place without that EKG and it was a life threatening operation that needed to be done. When the staff called was very rude and not understanding at all. No way of help not even letting us know where else we could get the EKG. Please Do not risk your life and health coming to this clinic. Very rude staff. The rest of the staff is very rude except dr.mia shes the most nice loving dd. She deserves more stars unfortunately because of some other u qualified drs and staff I had to give this place a one star

Good chiropractor

The current male optician was rude, he got bothered for browsing around looking at eye glasses and asked if we selected some pair, if we did he wanted us to sit in the optical waiting area. His tone and attitude were… unprofessional, he could have been nice letting us know what we should have done. Needs improvement on how to respect and care for patients

Among so many other things and problems I’ve had here, icing on the cake has been the very rude customer service over the phone. Already hard to reach them I don’t want to be spoken to as if I’m not human.

Great pedestrians . But the receptionist had a horrible attitude I don’t understand why you would have someone so rude be the first person people deal with at the front desk. Besides that everyone else was awesome

3 to 4 hours waiting time make appointment on call once she picked up the phone Punjabi speak lady . She just hang up on me .I’m having too much waiting time to make appointment it’s only just knowing music that’s all.… They turns the music, so you can have a more headache. And the appointment, ladies, they put you on hold. No reason first, they not picks up the phone, then they put you on hold or hang up on you.

Dr. Mia Wright is amazing! The whole experience was smooth and comfortable, and she made me feel calm and safe the entire time. She is very professional, gentle, and truly cares about her patients. I’m so grateful for… her help and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Horrible experience. I asked at the receptionist desk every day for months if I owe money or a copay and was told no so I figured my insurance must be covering it because I only had 30 minute therapy sessions. Then one… day I get a text from Peach tree that I owe $700. They never even sent any bill to my address on file. When I talked to the manager about it she said that they would not know my billing amount or balance at the receptionist desks. And that I should know what my insurance copays are.When I go to the dentist they tell me what I owe for the service and they send me a bill if insurance did not cover all of it. I would have never continued to go had I known I had to pay. Thirty minute sessions did not do anything for me snd my therapist was late almost every session. Terrible experience. I do not recommend it!

Subject: Avoid if you need timely medical documentation – Financial negligence I am writing this to warn others about the lack of professionalism and total disregard for patient welfare I experienced with Dr. Rustambir… Singh at Peach Tree Healthcare. I entrusted Dr. Singh with my DE 2501 (Disability Insurance Claim) form, which is a time-sensitive legal document required for EDD benefits. Despite following up, Dr. Singh held onto my completed paperwork for over 11 days without any medical or administrative reason. Because of this unnecessary and unexplained delay: I missed the strict EDD filing deadline. I have been denied my disability allowance, which I rely on for basic living expenses while unable to work. My attempts to resolve this with his office were met with silence and a complete lack of urgency. As a physician, his duty of care should extend to the administrative actions that ensure a patient’s recovery and financial stability. By sitting on this form for nearly two weeks, Dr. Singh directly caused me significant financial hardship. If you require a doctor who is organized, responsive, or cares about your ability to survive while on medical leave, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of accountability at this facility.
