do not go to this place. they prey on your desperation for help and do nothing but threaten you over anything with losing insurance. every time i was threatened, it was not true per my insurance. this place does not… have your best interest in mind. multiple times, they shorted out on paperwork with my short term disability from my job, letting me miss out on thousands of dollars of financial support. absolutely no urgency to fix it either. how am i supposed to eat if i have no money? taylor is by far the absolute worse. like i said, no urgency to fix her mistakes, no intention to make your life any easier. she is lazy and careless. not to mention the horror stories ive heard from other patients. do not waste your money and time. you will be threatened, lied to, dismissed, and disrespected. the groups that are run are unhelpful and frankly useless. any time i spoke up about my struggles, i was responded to with only a frown and an “im sorry you feel that way”. i didnt come for pity, i came for a last ditch effort for serious help. i left in worse condition than i came. this is not where you get better.
Five years later - this place gave me my life back. Can't thank the staff enough for helping me through the journey.
