These folks care about the people who are seeking help with substance use. They offer many amenities for clients on their way towards recovery.
I wouldn't leave a single star, if that were an option. Don't waste your time if you are TRULY needing help with your mental health!! Save up the money to see a licensed Psychiatrist, not a nurse or whatever acronym… they call themselves CRNP, CPNP, it all means the same thing NOT a PSYCHIATRIST!!!!!!
This facility all but ignored me. On Monday I was scheduled to report to this facility the following Thursday I drove 45 minutes and got lost. I called several times with no response. I got there at 12:10 pm and was to… to reschedule because no nurse was available. This place was very unfriendly, I felt I was treated bad because they realized I was African American. That's the vibe I got as soon as I entered the door. Then the man said they been calling you all morning. A lie is not taken lightly in my sobriety.
The person I took to this facility DID NOT want to go but he needed help so he dealt with it, and he was glad he did by the time he was released. The counselors were knowledgeable and guided them from experience instead… of preaching about things they had no clue about. Thank you Cedar Lakes for what you are doing to help people with nothing left in them.
Great program.... thanks for everything....
😱
Great place to recover
Where you are required to go when the authorities of the county abused you and your family. It's true.
Terrible service.
Inadequate!
Best rehab ever
Super helpful Administrative staff!
Nice folks that want to help.
I’ve been a patient here for almost 5 years. They’ve treated me so well and helped me through quite a few hurdles! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care!
I go here and also some family members do also . The front seat receptionist are nice and kind they schedule me and my grandsons visits on the same day one then the other for my convience. The therapist I see are so… open to help me on my journey in life that helps me to cope with everyday good or bad experiences. They offer sound advice on how to manage situations in my life to try to make good out of a bad situation that's going on. Or if something is good how to realize what it takes to get there and how to hold to the idea that life is ever-changing and nothing stays bad forever and there is a lot of good and great things yet to come in life, how to get out and find the good things life has to offer. The nursing staff sees us each as different individuals who has a different approach to health and mental stabilization. When you get the rite answers medically its great but, always remember health and recovery takes time and it does come by trial and error don't be impatient with mental stability and recovery it can happen it has for me. I enjoy my life and feel there is hope now that it isn't hopeless at all. I have been going to this facility for over 10 years and highly recommend it it does matter how I feel today and yesterday can be a good memory. I know because of many things I've experienced it helps to talk to someone in private about how to manage your life for the best and to know it doesn't get repeated to anyone who is out to bring you down. This has been a uplifting experience for me.
