Hickory House Recovery – Linton

These people genuinely care about the patients. I was a patient at every hickory location except the Indianapolis one.. Make this your first choice... They called me after each stay weekly to check in. They don't… over-stimulate you with classes and if you come in detoxing they give you 3 or 4:days to get to feeling better before you have to go to class. I've been sober for a couple years or more now.

As a recent graduate of Hickory Recovery Center-Linton, I am compelled to write a review and share my experience there for 28 days. This place is simply amazing! I have been to other treatment centers and never… encountered this level of care and compassion. From day one I was treated with respect and compassion. The staff, from the housekeeping, BHT’s to the therapist all genuinely care about us addicts/men deeply. All of them want to truly want to help us obtain lasting sobriety. They are all one big family and I was made to feel at home instantly. The facility is very clean and accommodating. Sanitary bathrooms and showers. Very comfortable beds with TV’s in the rooms. They have amazing, plentiful meals with snacks in between.The therapists and BHT’s are easy to open up to about the problems you are facing. The groups throughout the day are very insightful and even enjoyable. I was given the tools to make serious, major changes in my life. The nursing staff, both psychological and medical, are professional and empathetic. I was put on medication for issues that made me feel more normal and better than I have in many years. The medication was discussed and explained to me thoroughly. I left Hickory-Linton feeling more level and confident than I have in a long time. My case manager and therapist were wonderful. They went out of their way to help me with legal issues I’m dealing with, making it easier for me to focus on my recovery. Sobriety is the main goal, focus and objective here. The entire staff was very helpful the whole time and were always there when I needed to talk or someone to listen. They have a heart to help addicts recover. I personally would like to thank them for all they freely share throughout the day. In summary, it was a wonderful experience and I have no complaints about this treatment center. I would recommend Hickory-Linton to anyone no matter your age or level of addiction. If you give them a try, you will not regret it. It could quite possibly change your life. I know it did mine.

Been to several treatment centers and this place takes the cake. The staff actually care from the bhts to the kitchen to even housekeeping. 10/10 this place has a great program and great vibe all around

Worst place ever. The girls that work there all clique up and pick favorites. Some even steal ur stuff. They pick and choose who gets away with what. They dont care about People getting better! Would give zero stars if… I could

Linton is a great facility, all the staff care and love one another and all their clients and support all the clients in everyway possible however I wasnt able to complete their program , I some how waited until I could… get into the terre haute location and graduated their program . thanks for the love and support

I have a son that has had addiction issues. He went to this facility for 28 days. I can't put into words how amazed I am with his progress. He reminds me of the son I used to know. Kudos to all of the staff. You are all… angels. Thank You and continue doing what you're doing.

This place is excellent. the staff is excellent. The nursing staff. The cooks.. are all great. If you want or need help in your recovery this is a place to go. Just all around excellent I recommend it to anyone

Hickory is a MAT facility. Many people have opinions about that but my substance of choice doesn't have a MAT associated with it so despite others reservations I decided to go. The staff was super friendly and the food… was great. This is a male only facility and lasts 28 days. Highly recommend.

I want to say that Lori l has been the best person to help me through my visit and Bobbi jo for been there and so nice to everyone and a shout out to miss tee for helping on my relapse prevention class cause I have… learned so much from this place so I would say that it's a great place if you want to get sober cause I'm better than I have ever been

Hickory was an incredible experience. All of there staff were optimistic, supportive, and influential.

Miss Te & Tim share important information with all of us while also adding combined insights into our spiritual selves. Joe's intake interviews are on point. Charity is an excellent director and handles the… responsibility exceptionally. All of the staff is exceptional from the case workers, to the astute and knowledgeable therapist, the courteous nurse's department, much appreciated and hospital house cleaning Ladies, extravagant kitchen crew (they makes the bestest meals) and on top it maintenance Man Kenny! I Loved the whole experience from my whole heart to y'all's! I Love You All! Highly recommend from me (Tony) to anyone struggling with addiction, self-esteem, or spirituality issues. They'll take care of you and get you straightened out if you'll put in the effort! Honestly! 🙏 GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!

My son's father has been to hickory 3xs now, this last time he had met his health insurance laspe. Hickory got us approved and his insurance back within 24 hours and a bed!

Hickory has been by far the best treatment center I've been to. You have amazing resources to utilize. The foods really good. Its super clean. They also have an amazing staff. Shoutout to Em!! You helped me get through… it!! Your an amazing person!!

I've been to several treatment facilities throughout my life. Hickory is definitely one of the best. It's very clean, the food is great and they cover all needs within the first 24 hours, especially for those on MAT. I… can honestly say that every employee at Hickory genuinely cares about the clients' well-being and go out of their way to make sure all needs are met. This includes the housekeeping staff (Mallisa is a boss!). I would definitely recommend this facility for all of those who are serious about getting clean and sober. Recommended 💯

These people are amazing!

I've been to other rehabs lately and this one by far has the best staff all around the facility and just a a calm peaceful atmosphere. Best food and kitchen ladies ever! And the bht techs there are the kindest sweetest… ladies ever! Bridget is the best therapist ever! Best nurses and doctor ever! I recommend this rehab facility for there all around best experience! It is just a great rehab facility all around

It was a great experience I learned alot. The BHT's Lindsey, Brittany and Katie the therapist therapist there was more than great if I ever needed anything they was there to help I can't stress it enough about how… amazing they are. Bobbie Jo is the facility mom you can go to her for anything no matter what and she has the best touch when it comes to listening and helping out

Was scared to death when I got there but the staff was so great at calming me down great staff top to bottom. Recommend it to any needing help.
