Terrible experience and environment

(Update to original post)As of right now, I've had decent sessions with my new therapist(minus the interruptions outside of my therapist control); i talked with the Medical Director about my experiences, and I'm hoping… change will happen . I'm a self advocate, and I've learned what's healthy and unhealthy for me a few people I've helped. I'll leave the rest vague for others to find out for themselves, and for staff to speak on their ability to work in a organized-chaotic environment and work culture.

Worst place you can go to no one wants to help everyone is forced to do their jobs and their moods are always off and they’re very rude and unprofessional.

Team Wellness Russel St..gets a 5⭐️ all across the board. The service my Family Member received from his Intake worker Ms.Evelyn Martin was over the top; with extreme kindness, patience, and pure gentleness. She made an… emotionally sensitive visit, easy and effortless; and for that, “I thank you”!!! Please continue to do what you’re doing. Thanks again, Kelly 🥰🥰🙌🏽🙌🏽

so rude and unprofessional. It’s hard to even understand one of the front desk lady’s because she does not want to speak up.. and don’t mention to her how u can’t understand her because she will flip out on you for… being “rude”, when I simply cannot understand a word she is saying.

Terrible terrible

Who do we contact in regard to ensuring members are receiving and aligned with the appropriate care or services? I have left several messages for Daisha (Spelling) and I haven't received a response and this has almost… been 4 weeks. Several weeks later and the lack of organization is at an all time high. The Director D. Owen's is a complete joke. The member i am guardian for haven't had any consistent or quality therapy in several months. This location is a JOKE made a revamp of structure and people are needed immediately

I am utterly appalled with the lack of quality service and follow through. Mental Health is very important and critical, but many here lack listening skills for comprehension.

I'm not getting into the video chat because they're not hitting something that the receptionist said I had an appointment with Dr head and I got an appointment with my counselors but the video chat is not coming in cuz… they ain't hit something but that's what the receptionist said so I'm letting y'all be known that I do need my medication and I need to talk to one of my counselors and I can't talk to him on the video checking I got a cold and I want to go down there in my disease when my germs

Few good people 99 percent not. Eminem was right this is not metal health care at all. Thanks

Unprofessional decline is more rapid in all levels low empathy and equipment needs upgrade.

Abandoned a man suffering from dementia outside a homeless shelter. Wouldn’t even walk him in and now he’s a missing person.

Some staff just need more accurate and prompt take they position more serious. Im in position I must assist my mom so to tell me no contact between me and her is careless on fact of of her condition, state of mind and… disability be realistic. Not many issues just a few

Horrible experience long wait time been here since 8:45 only 3 people was here and they put us after 5 people that came after us and we still waiting don’t come here it’s horrible

Unprofessional and unorganized. Took off work to get an appointment, waited 45 mins on the phone because the “therapist” did not know how to work the system just to be advised that I’m unable to be seen because I don’t… have Medicaid and needed a licensed therapist…why is anybody helping ppl that’s not licensed? I do not recommend this place to anybody a complete waste of time

If you give them a chance, you can get things done. It ain't the nicest looking place but the services and the people are A1.☝🏾🫶🏾

I have NEVER seen so many PAID NON-WORKING INDIVIDUALS in my life. This is sad seeing all these patients with some sort of an illness mainly mental all in one room waiting hours with the so called staff sitting at the… desk watching videos on the desktop, with a total of 1, YES ONE doctor on site. If I was the state I'd shut it down and rehire a new crew 💯

As someone who has never made a review let me tell you it takes a lot for me to get on here. I had a therapist here and one day she tells me to do a zoom meeting with her because was late to work. 4 hours go by I… messaged her and she said sorry can’t talk today let’s reschedule tomorrow. Never heard from her again. (Should get her license taken away). I still stayed here for medication, don’t know why and when I made an appointment on the phone, the lady SCREAMED at me for not being able to have my appointment one day. I’m always nice, nice tone in my voice I was so confused lol. Like I said first review I’m ever doing but this place is awful for people (caring) about mental health, anyways got a new therapist and they set me up with the resources I needed. Till this day can’t believe how unprofessional they were especially a therapist ghosting me without notice.
