This place is absolutely wonderful they were very patient and taller than me when I wasn't ready to hear the message and pay attention but now that I found another solution to my addiction and alcoholism this place has… been a key factor and contributor to completely changing every aspect of my life without this place and without a mat program and without the staff that works here I would be probably dead but we're definitely lost

My experience has been good for the most part a few issues with their bs rules but they are nice and understanding

the women at the front desk are always sweet and amazing to my fiance and the nursing staff is wonderful we are very grateful for their help and assistance with whatever our needs may be.thank you

Everyone, literally from The gentleman security guard when you first walk in to the front desk, ladies to the nurses. To of course, the counselors, everyone there is extremely nice, never, ever judgmental, and they just… strive to make your recovery as pleasant as possible. Being whatever your circumstance is I\nCannot thank them enough.I cannot tell them too many times how grateful I am to all of them plus they are open from five thirty a m until seven p m OPEN 530 AM TIL 7 PM AT NIGHT!!

Could not have done it without the help of ocean monmouth care. I love everyone there! Especially the nurses. They are a light c9azxacaxca wee in my journey. Thanks to everyone there. I am truly grateful 🙏

Since I started going at first it was kinda dreadful to go and deal with the bs and lingers but it has TOTALLY changed the counselors mine is Chris is straight up and that’s the kind of counselor and feedback I need.… Shannon is absolutely the most helpful, non-judgmental-welcoming-attentive director- she has dealt w my manic episodes in there unfortunately a few times over waiting or just sad and she sat there and listened! I felt better when I left and her honesty makes you feel like you matter- being on the clinic is tough enough w the stigma in society..thank all the nurses- Tara and the front desk all 3 ladies actually are so nice and helpful as well-thank your staff again… shea

First of all I absolutely love this place. It saved my like you in many different ways. I've been blessed with an amazing counselor Ms Lindsay Also the girls in the front check in area go above and beyond to help anyway… they can. The most recent example is when they had gotten me an emergency LYFT, mind you I live over a 2 hours away walking distance. The location is always clean , organized, as well as safe. They never give you a problem for waiting inside while your ride is coming. The nursing staff are the most helpful, cheerful, as well as professional. I can not say enough about the facility. I love coming back an I know any improvements will just be another chance to make this location even better... Thank You, Richard Churchill

Great place great people

I have been going to this facility for over 6 years and it is usually very quick to get your medicine I come around 9am-10am which is usually very slow the trick is not to come to early in the morning because that is… when most people come because they work early. The nurse staff and front desk are always friendly and courteous. The counselors are pretty good as well there is just a lot of turnover with the counselors but most know a lot about what they are doing.

Awesome treatment center. Friendly and helpful. You would get five stars but the afternoon security guard is a joke. I think he is upset he couldn't become a cop. He takes his job way to serious and turns people away… with his demeanor.

I have been going there for a long time and they have always tried to help me in every way possible. Ocean Monmouth Cares helped me get back to being me. I've been clean for a few years now and I'm so grateful. I have… to give a shout out to Helen, Tara and all the amazing people who work in the front. Thank you! Also, the security guard Anthony is very kind and very professional. Makes me feel better knowing that he's there. I could go on. 😉 Thank you! I have visited a few clinics and I stand behind them 100%.

Great staff they are very helpful with my recovery as well as good place to go for individual counseling.

The staff cares and the nurses are personable and kind. Nick is a personal favorite. And sue is awesome. Louisa my counselor is the best I think I’ve ever had. Sweet , caring and it’s easy to talk to her.

They didn’t have 10 stars so 5’ll do. The staff, councilors and everyone else here are fantastic. They treat you with respect and compassion from day 1 & in all my years coming here that hasn’t changed. You can find a… really good support system & community here, so long as you’re willing to keep showing up. I HIGHLY recommend this facility

I have been going here for a few years. In my experience once you understand the rules as long as you abide by them you should not have a problem. I have never had a problem with a Therapists or a nurse as far as their… personality. They have always treated me fairly and with respect. They at all times have been professional and helpful.

OMC and pinnacle treatment center has by far exceeded my expectations in providing addiction services. The atmosphere and environment from the second you walk in the door is supportive, kind and nonjudgmental including… the front end, the nurses and all of the counselors. Many of us struggling with this disease not only need to feel safe, we need to know you can trust the process to recover without the fear and stigma! It saves lives! Thank you all for your kindness and expertise.

In essence, I couldn't be more comfortable and warm welcomed by the staff, environment and overall professional organization that Ocean Monmouth Care has provided me. *** I know alot of comments are rushed or cliche… from so many but I assure you that my words here are absolutely genuine and heartfilled sincere. I have always been strong and overcame so much but one thing that has always made my life so much better and easier is being in the presence daily of majority of the month of True good honest caring friends fanily or just like the stafff at Ocean Monmouth, who has and will meet me each time a vist with hilarious humor and excepted humor of my own with heart filled talks.

All the staff is great. They are always so welcoming and get to know you through out your treatment here. Makes ya feel good about coming here.
