Phoenix Treatment Center – Mount Holly Detox and Rehab Services

Phoenix Treatment Center – Mount Holly is listed as running intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

They violate Heppa big time! The director lady is horrible, she thinks she is the first lady. Literally, she never available. The only time you will see her is on your intake day. The front desk lady is rude and bossy.… Their therapists staff seems to share "confidential" information, and the transportation service is very getto with so much drama. Literally, there is always a fight riding home. I was in their program for less than 2 weeks cuz I just couldn't deal with so many issues.

Phoenix behavioral health cares deeply about the clients that attend here. I felt like they only wanted to help and the groups were so insightful. I’d recommend this place to a family member or friend

So far, they’ve been polite, kind and helpful. Got an appointment & They Set Me up within 24-48 hours of Me calling them for an appointment during A very Difficult time in my life/ Mental Health Medicine / Psychiatric… Health Care System/ Medication Management / & Honestly, as a Person that’s Been Prescribed to Heavy Duty Psych. Meds, Clinically diagnosed “MENTAL HEALTH PATIENT” with Psychiatric Disorders Out the Wazzu (I got Almost the whole alphabet in my Chart lol, But seriously Though I Hate it) I normally treat people LIKE ME, like Sh#* & don’t Truly SEE US & need to be put on the shelf & treated like a non-person. But so far, so good with the intake /admissions Staff, they’ve been kind courteous to my feelings and unbelievably helpful if things go right at my appointment today, I will definitely give them five stars across the board!

I was forced to go there. Unless you’re in the mood to be babysat from 9-3:30/deal with poor conditions of transportation services/and not receive the necessary assistance for your mental health? That’s a partial sign… to get out of there. Unless you want to sit around all day and watch movies because no one participates? Yeah. My concerns & issues were never validated. When a fellow client verbally threatens you and nothing is done about it..it’s time to go. I’m happy to report that I am in a much better position in my life and have control over my medical autonomy. My current therapist and psychiatrist are amazing.

I absolutely don’t recommend this place . Extremely poor communication and support. Extremely unprofessional. All they care about is the money. Go somewhere else.

I attended groups at this facility for about a year and while it started off great, it eventually went downhill. I never really had issues with the staff, they were all pretty respectful and kind. I think the main… problem was with how the groups were run - It was pretty disorganized at times, we would sometimes not actually discuss mental health stuff and just talk amongst one another and not actually do anything. If other members in group said or did anything invalidating towards me, the counselors usually wouldn’t intervene at all. It got to the point where I’d be going home feeling triggered every other day. I’ll admit some of the blame was on my end, but at the end of the day I’d acknowledge these errors and want to do something about it. Some of the incidents I had here still get me triggered (I left around May of 2025). Some people might want to criticize me for not letting go of the things I was told/treated, but it’s always been extremely hard for me to do so. I’m not using my struggles with letting go as an excuse to treat me a certain way, but instead should be explored as to why I feel that way. All shortcomings aside, I do miss this place, but I wish it was easier for me to get along with people irl.

My fiancée was put into the wrong group and then wasn't believed when she spoke up. She is black and was put into the drug use group, so you can put two and two together there, as they just assumed that's where she… belonged. They then proceeded to give her a drug test, which was done in front of someone in the bathroom. It wasn't until after this, that they realized she was definitely in the wrong group and didn't even seem to be apologetic or claim responsibility for this complete lack of brainpower. This is incredibly disrespectful and I would advise anyone who is POC to not go here as I'm sure something like this has happened before. Do better.

I can't say enough how Phoenix Behavioral Health changed my life. I went in there broken, fearful, my mental health was suffering and I could not stay clean a day in my life. The staff there such as the director Ashley,… Kaylee, Kristen and Dela just to name a few go out of their way for you so much. If you are willing to put in the work there's nothing that they will not do for you and they have proven it with me over and over again. I went in there with numerous warrants, numerous court dates, no job, and my children were very frustrated with me. I looked forward to going in there every single day and seeing everybody's faces and I looked forward to putting in the work and it's all because of their structured program and groups and of how they held me accountable. I'm proud to say because of this program I did graduate and I have 93 days clean. I completed all my court dates, I have a job and my children are back in my life, and I could not have done it without this program. If you are ready to make the change in your life Phoenix Behavioral Health is one place that will always welcome you with open arms and always go to bat for you.

This place is amazing the best place I’ve ever been to if I could do my therapy there forever I would you can tell these therapist are meant to be in the business not just for the money being a therapist is one of the… most hardest things to do you can tell if someone truly cares about you versus just saying they care when they don’t. Delia has basically saved my life when I was really bad place.

Phoenix Behavioral Health truly saved my life. When I came to Phoenix, I was lost, broken, and in such a dark place. I didn’t know who I was anymore—but from the moment I walked through those doors, everything began to… change. The staff didn’t just do their jobs—they lived their passion. You can feel how much they care in every single interaction. Whether it’s the therapists, directors, case management, front desk team, transportation staff, admissions, client success specialist, or even the owners—you’re met with compassion, dignity, and unwavering support from people who are genuinely invested in your healing. Phoenix helped me find myself again. The groups, the lessons, the connections I made with both staff and peers—these were life-changing. I was able to learn, grow, and realize that I wasn’t alone. The stories shared, the moments of connection, and the support I felt helped me begin to believe in myself again. What I learned at Phoenix is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. If you’re considering getting help, this is the place. It’s not easy to ask for help—but walking through those doors is the best decision I’ve ever made. The more you put into treatment, the more you’ll get out of it—and at Phoenix, you’ll want to show up and participate because the treatment is thoughtful, powerful, and delivered with heart. To everyone at Phoenix—thank you for helping me find the light again. Thank you for walking with me when I couldn’t walk alone. I am forever grateful.

I had a great experience at Phoenix! I met a lot of great people for which I'm super thankful for. The counselors are amazing; Kennedy, Amy, Tori, & Dela all did an amazing job with leading groups/facilitating. Kaylie… and Miss Georgia know everyone's name and are so welcoming and kind. Ashley is just as awesome; she too also knows every single person in there and is super kind and caring. Everyone works together to make sure clients are taken care of and helped. I'm so grateful for all of the help they gave me.

My names Joseph. What to say about "Phoniex, " in Cherry Hill NJ. Lol(my 2nd home) I will forever have not just the program as a whole and the friendships and fellowshiping that one makes along the way and journey of… this re- constructive phase of life if honesest with oneself and others and most importantly """"THE POWERS GREATER THAN WE,"""""""" in my every day life, heart and soul. I started at this place I used to call it and said I would never go back to another AA/NA mtg AS LONG AS I LIVE!! 157 lbs still using in groups for about a month. It took me 5 months to complete a 90 day program for d/l and idrc and probation and for a new way of life and my family. And most importantly for Joseph my identity. I love all the staff more than the program itself whatever that means . Please treat yourself and each other and Phoniex well today.

Phoenix Behavioral Health is so much more than any other intensive therapy program. I started with them in January of this year and graduated the program today. From day one, the staff made a point of being there for… you through every step of the journey. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with patience, kindness, and understanding. Group therapy can be scary, but Phoenix has built such a caring and empathetic community for those in need. You’re quickly shown that you’re not alone in your struggles and given the opportunity to challenge the narratives you’ve written for yourself. Each day discusses different skills you can tangibly use in your day to day, encourages you to lean on others, and slowly breaks you out of your shell. You’re assisted with medication management, given access to help with things such as disability or unemployment, and the program often advocates for patients in legal matters as needed. They also offer transportation assistance for those that can’t drive, and my morning chats on the van with other patients has only added to my experience and support system. The guidance I’ve found at Phoenix, both in other patients and the staff, has sincerely changed the way I approach myself and my life. This program is likely to have left a life long impact on me, one I could never repay them for. Tori, Dela, Kennedy, Amy, Ashley, Kaylie, Georgia, Capri, and so many other staff members at Phoenix have the type of hearts that support you every step of the journey. You’re not just a patient there, you’re a human they sincerely grow to know and care about. If you show up, put your all into it, and keep an open mind to “get comfortable with being uncomfortable” and challenging yourself… This program will sincerely bring you back from ashes.
