I appreciate the service and care provided here. This center is modern, clean and ready to serve the good people of Mercer County NJ. I facilitate a First Responder Recovery meeting here as well. The kitchen is well… stocked, the coffee hot and the facility is ready to roll. Stop by for a tour and feel the positive energy.

Doesn’t answer the phone

I’ve been to the Delran location with my daughter she had 3 visits . 1day before her 4 visit I was called and advised her counselor left and would be contacted back in regards to a new counselor. It’s been 5 weeks and… I’ve been calling weekly and still no new appointment last time I called I was left on hold for 25 minutes. Time to start a new search for another counseling service. Not a great experience !!!!

Creative Change Counseling is the number one mental health facility in the Burlington county area. They offer great services to their clients.

Creative Change Counseling has so many programs to fit into your life and your needs! The Peer Recovery Center’s calendar is full of activities and events for anyone in recovery. And the staff members are amazing.. I… give them 5 🌟!

Creative change provides an atmosphere of growth and development. Their outreach initiatives allow for community connection and positive engagement. Overall, it is a great place to be connected to.

There aren’t enough words to express how outstanding this place is. I have been receiving care here for a bit over a year and have been very happy with the therapists I have dealt with. I’ve even sent my family members… here because I know they will be in good hands. Rosalind helped me overcome severe medical PTSD and has been encouraging me every step of the way with my health and education journeys. A+++++ don’t listen to the naysayers.

I have been working with Creative Change for about 2 years now. My children are seen out of the Delran office. The staff is always kind, pleasant, & tentative to our needs. Mrs. Redd has always surpassed my expectations… and continues to do so til this day. “Life-changing services” I have had the privilege of being a client with Creative Change Counseling for 2 years now. I currently receive mental health services, grief counseling, group therapy, and medication management… on a weekly and monthly basis from professional, seasoned, and multi-faceted therapists, directors, and APNs. I unfortunately faced multiple tragedies and sudden deaths throughout my life that have drastically impacted my day-to-day and ability to function. I have been successfully treated for a variety of mental health issues, including: generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, an eating disorder, addiction, insomnia, and more. Topics that have been covered within my treatment at CCC are: family trauma, suicide, drug addiction, homelessness, abuse & neglect, foster care, education, faith & spirituality, legal issues, self-harm, healthy coping mechanisms, thought stopping, planned ignoring & redirecting, boundary setting, undoing old and recreating new habits, and more. This organization takes pride and priority in providing excellent, quality, and empathetic services to those in need within our community. The experts that work here take a multi-pronged approach to mental health intervention by providing skills for coping and effective communication while offering resources for positive change. The therapists here are consistent and truly invest in your progress and well-being. I have never had such relatable and honest feedback than from the mental health professionals here, where transparency and consistent communication are key. Extremely flexible, diligent, accountable, and integral services are found here. Rosalind, Dresdin, and Ngozi are Rockstars and Earth Angels of the Clinical World. If I could select 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would.

i have been receiving services here since September of this year. Things have been going well and my therapist has been the best! Tragically, last month my therapist informed me that she was leaving in December. The… 15th to be exact. Since my last session with her, I haven’t received any communication as far as what or who will taking over my case. It is a little frustrating to not know what is going on.

This place is trash. How many times can you cancel appointments. I have never in my life dealt with more unprofessional bunch of people my whole life!!!!!!! This place needs to be shut down. Both offices all cancel NON… STOP!!!!!!

I started here after my therapist from a different place left. I had one therapist for 2 months, saw her maybe 5 out of 10 times because she frequently called out and then quit without notice. They set me up with a new… therapist who I had 3/6 appointments with and after a a little over a month she also left without notice. I’ve had therapists for years before and only ever stopped if I moved. These two therapists would text me an hour before the appointment to cancel and not offer makeup appointments. I don’t even blame the therapists but there is something about this place and the way they seem to play with peoples mental health that is pretty sketch and disturbing. If you can avoid going here I would.

So this place is a tale of two halves. My therapist is great and on top of things and caring, but the Med management people were extremely hard to understand, and refused to listen when I told them I wanted to get new… psych evals. I felt I was misdiagnosed years ago and they didn't even listen. Go here for therapy only. Do your med management somewhere else.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone. My daughter has been out of medication and I can’t even get an appointment. I finally got a hold of someone and she made me an appointment for sat at 12:30. I’m currently in the… parking lot writing this because they are closed. We’ve been through two psychiatrists and my daughter has only been a patient here for 2 months.

This place is wildly unorganized. While the therapists my kids saw were nice the NP that was "diagnosing" and prescribing my son medications was demeaning and rude. No one answers the phones, it's almost all texting to… get anything done. There were some nice people in the offices, but nice doesn't get the job done.

I am currently being harassed by the LPN Letisha, who is extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. I have been called 2 times after asking them more than 3 times to stop calling me. This place is extremely dangerous… and disgusting do not go here if you are in a mental crisis. This place will make it worse
