First, when I made my appointment, I requested a female doctor. They said okay. When I arrived, they had put me with a male and the woman at the front desk gave me an attitude for not wanting to continue with the… appointment and refused to reschedule me. She sent me out and told me I could call if I wanted to reschedule. Someone else called me and I rescheduled with Dr.Islam the following day. During my appointment with Dr.Islam, she began recording me with an ai generated note taking app without asking my permission first. AFTER turning it on, she asked if it would be okay. I expressed my lack of support for ANY ai generated material, and she DID NOT TURN IT OFF. There was no consent form offered regarding this app, I had not been informed on it's use or the way it is used, NOTHING. And I did not ever knowingly agree to using it. Then, when I got my referral forms at the end of the appointment, every single one had my name spelled wrong and an incorrect birth date despite me handing them my legal ID and them scanning said ID. Needless to say, I will not be returning not just to this location but to any Virtua location, and I highly recommend nobody chooses them as their doctor for anything at all. They are inconsiderate and do not take a patient's autonomy into account.

I had went to this office almost two weeks after I gave birth to my son (who’s now 11 months) to get looked at for a sinus infection/respiratory thing. I also had been struggling pretty secretly with PPD at the time and… knew I desperately needed to be seen. So while I was there I figured I would ask them to do a screening and hopefully get pointed in the right direction for help. Well when I brought it up to them they told me that I was only there for my sinus infection and had to make a separate appt for my PPD. Can you imagine? A women in desperate need of help and ASKING for it. Just to be turned away. I’ll never go here again.

I was very pleased with the staff,they were polite and courteous. I got in and out very quickly. I want to say thank to the ladies at the front desk and the tech who took care of my mammogram. God bless ❤️

I have seen Paula Preston for years and she’s wonderful.

I was hopeful for this practice but I was let down. I won't be going back. Unfortunately, once I get the feeling of subpar treatment, you won't see me again. Sad, the doctor had nice etiquette, I just don't have the… ability to constantly be referred to other doctors when I have already done it and found what has worked for me. Also, his nurse just seems to always be pissy and if I just wake up and you sound like you have an attitude when you call MY PHONE, we have a problem. If you like subpar quality, this is the place for you! Edit: This morning was a phone call because I had asked for a Zofran refill....a script I haven't filled since February 2nd for 15 pills but wouldn't give it to me because its not something I am supposed to take "regularly". Maybe, just MAYBE, listen to patients.

I moved to NJ March 2024 after waiting 6 months for a new patient appt. I finally met Dr Patel, good dr, nice clinic. I went back 3 times over the next 6 months and never saw him again. I was always early for my… appointments and always patient waiting for be seen. Usually, I found myself waiting a fair amount of time to be seen by a nurse and then an exceptionally long time sitting in an exam room waiting to see the Dr. Who will spend approximately 5 mins examining and listening to your symptoms before they are gone to see the next patient. I had an appt on 5 March 2025 and this was the last straw. Story Time - I had to take off work for the appt and I had an 8am appt. Traffic due to construction and a wreck delayed my arrival almost 30 mins I.e a 20 min commute took 50 min. I walked in at 8:12 (I thought whew just enough time- they have a 15 minute grace period) nope. There was 1 person checking people in and 4 people in-line. There was another person working at the check-in desks but she was NOT checking people in. After 6 mins I made it to the check-in desk at 8:16 she took my name looked at her computer and then back to me and then at her watch in an exaggerated manner (she was not wearing a watch) she called back to the Dr and told them “you’re 8 O’Clock is here” pause for about 15 seconds and “OK! I’ll tell him.” As she was about to hang up, I tried to tell her “wait before you hang up”. She looked me dead in the eyes and hung up the phone…slowly. Then with a very annoyed and condescending voice said “I’m sorry sir you have to be here no later than 15 mins PAST {emphasized} your appt time.”. I swallowed my pride and said I am so so sorry there was a wreck and construction and I was unexpectedly delayed, I was here before 15 mins but I was in that line; and pointed behind me; which, by the way, now had at least 6 people in line behind me and spilled into the entryway. I tried to ask her to please call back and explain my situation I have test result to discuss with the Dr and I had to take off work to be here in the first place. She looked at me blankly, like I was speaking an ancient forgotten language, and completely ignored my apology. Before I even finished talking she interrupted me to say “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do the Dr will NOT see you. I advise arriving early next time.” I kept my cool I paused what I was saying, and listened, and acknowledged her statement. I said “I understand, but there are extenuating circumstances, can you ple…” (tried to repeat what I said) and AGAIN she didn’t let me finish; she talked over me and said “Sir, I’m sorry there is nothing I”…I turned my back to her and stormed off. She stopped speaking and without a care in the world said “NEXT.” I felt disrespected and despite never having been late before and never having been seen in a quick fashion I was turned away and healthcare was denied. I have felt disrespected or less of a human for having to endure this woman’s ire. I’m sure nothing will ever come of this because I’m just 1 man sitting in their parking lot venting to the world about the terrible service I received here today. I can say for certain this encounter with the most non-professional front desk person ever left me feeling uncared for, and for some unknown reason ashamed and furious. The person working the front desk could not have any less concerned for me or my reason for being late. I have never felt more uncared for in my life and I even finished a combat tour in Afghanistan. Take my advice, learn from my mistake; save your dignity and your money and go somewhere else. I’m sure Dr Patel is a very capable doctor and I suspect the office manager forces them to consistently overbook all of the Drs at this clinic and likely forces them to see 10-20 patients per hour, that’s how it felt to me anyway. I would not come back here if my life depended on it…literally.

I have been with the same doctor for 3 years now. I notice three day ago that the doctor prescribed me wrong test strips and I already pick them up at cvs (I am diabetic) than the one I originally had for my machine.… left messages in my chart also call nurse yesterday to put a message through right away. because I don't have any test strips left. so for 3 days I haven't been checking my sugar. my doctor never sent over any change to my test strips or even a new machine for the wrong test strip I have at home.

Front desk staff was very helpful and considerate. I really appreciated all their help for my daughter.

I didn’t receive my referral until after my visit. Apparently my insurance company does not cover telemedicine. Virtua did not have any in person visits and I needed something taken care of immediately. Pricing was not… listed up front, and is still not available on the website for a telemedicine visit. I received a bill months laterfor $400 for a 10 minute phone call. I tried to call billing to see what my options are, but this was billed by the physicians office and there was “nothing they could do about the pricing”. I explained that’s roughly $2000 an hour. No go. Pay now, no wiggle room. They should be ashamed charging people this much money for a phone call.

Great Urgent Care facility. Clean and tidy, Always nice and pleasant receptionists.

Dr. Ni said she had written URGENT for a referral for me to talk to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist Kerry canceled on me 2 times. my appointment with Dr. Ni was in October and they keep blowing me off like I am nothing… important at all and they’re not making an effort to schedule me and I feel like they didn’t care not one single bit after I told her about the things that were going on with me, it just seems like they don’t really care. it’s actually giving me more anxiety and stress and frustration dealing with this office and only having one psychiatrist available when online it says there’s like 30 available psychiatrist.

I have been stuck having to go to this office now for too long and I'm very disgusted.. Multiple regular blood tests have shownhigh white blood cell counts??? Your answer was to just do another blood draw???? Huh....… well I was told that's a response to either an infection or a virus.. I have neither???? Then I had the most ignorant doctor from Virtua pulmonary... I've been hospitalized rthree times.. H1N1 2010, pneumonia 2015, influenza A 2018.... That's a vaccines every year I work with the public..... What is recommended that I have a high dose flu shot..... I made the appointment and it was very clear I was requesting to hide those flu shot knowing it was for seniors over 65 and I am not that old...older though. .. IMMUNO COMPROMISED......???I go in for my appointment.... MA tells me Oh no you're just for regular flu shot...HUH ??????????????????? Listen to office manager she speaks to Paula Preston.... speak to Dr Pinto?? hasn't even giving me an exam or look at my health background...... Incompetence...... In the meantime I have seen Cooper pulmonary, diagnosed me from oldblood work, few questions.... Unreal........ I'll never go back...... In August was left waiting out front 47 minutes before I got put in the office to wait another 30 minutes.... No one said they were running behind?????? I ended up very late for another appointment this is ridiculous have immuno response asthma...Eosinophilic.. And.... Genetic.... You're so corporate now disgusting

I have made several attempts to schedule an appointment through MyChart. The past three scheduled appointments were cancelled and I was not informed. Again today, I had an appointment I scheduled two days ago (Tuesday… May 16th 2023) and I checked before I started getting ready for my appointment scheduled for 10:40. Once again my appointment has been cancelled. I called an no one knows how MyChart works, yet I am told to use MyChart to schedule my needed appointments. Is Dr. @@@@ avoiding me? Every time I make an appointment to see her for a regular office appointment or for my annual physical, my appointment is cancelled and I am not notified of the cancellation.When I call or show up, I'm told Dr. @@@ is on vacation. 4 of my scheduled appointments have been cancelled consecutively. I've been trying for a year to get a physical and to have my levels checked. Update: once again (8/30/2023) I tried to get labs drawn for my physical. The order expired in February. I just requested blood work on Monday, but no order was put in. What is going on here? I have a physical appointment on the 31st. But I have no blood work.

Pro - Dr Necsutu is the best at her job. Con - Was billed twice for my copay. I was instructed to swipe and sign 2 times. Apparently, the payment did not go thru the first time. That was an error.

Had a telemed visit w Alice DiPietro. Very thorough, very caring. Alice is very informative while helping you feel at ease. I'm always happy w the care and service I am given.

Last time I was here dr keller tried to scare me into taking a Wu-han virus shot, she told me I was endangering my friends and family and putting any one I came in contact with. She told me my immune system had no idea… what was in store for it and I was gambling with peoples health. Dr Guido on the other hand was very good and professional.
