Jordan, Aya, Shyann, and Mikaela are all incredible! Everyone else seems lovely, too.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Aya! She is incredibly kind, supportive, understanding, and truly amazing at what she does. I’ve made so much progress while working with her, and I’m genuinely so… grateful for the impact she has had on me. She creates such a comfortable and safe space where you feel heard, supported, and never judged. Also, a huge shoutout to Shyann at the front desk! She is always so warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She makes every interaction so easy and pleasant. I’m so thankful for both of them and couldn’t recommend Aya and the team more! ❤️

SO RUDE… Cancelled my entire case with no warning and gave me a passive aggressive response when I asked about it. Don’t waste your time!!!!

I cannot express how great this place is. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating. MJ really put the dream team together at the Caldwell location. This center has helped me so much in many different ways. From… group IOP down to OP and 1 on 1, I have also had a death in the family and I called Shyann and Aya made time for me which meant so much! Mikaela is knowledgeable and friendly. Lynn and Amanda are other therapists I had interacted with when needed and they are genuine in the process and concentrating on the wellbeing of their clients. In 7 months I haven’t had one bad thing happen. But I will say if you need paperwork or emails you have to let them know ahead of time. This goes for any place because it is my responsibility is to be on top of my treatment plan and how it interacts with legal or family etc. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I’m not going to say this is a bad place because every organization has its rules and regulations in order to provide the best care. However, I still feel disappointment, I drove almost an hour to visit with the idea of… getting better, yet they shut the door right on my face due to a phobia/metal health that I have colluding with their rules. Again, I don’t blame them, because I do believe this place has the tools to help people be the best version of themselves. This is probably more a call of attention that certain services might need to change/update in order to help those with mental health struggles.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SPRAVATO TREATMENT. The vibe is abysmal. The (outdoor camping) reclining chairs are placed in a repurposed (i use that word lightly) office space. Bare walls. Horrendous carpet. Yellow fluorescent… lighting. Literally the backrooms. A sheer black cloth "wall" between chairs. Nurses in separate rooms, no way to call them without yelling and possibly upsetting other patients. A great set up for getting your flu shot, not for an intense psychedelic experience. The people there were nice, but quite frankly, a setting like this is downright insulting for such a potent and sensitive experience like Ketamine. It's INCREDIBLY important that you see a provider that built their center from the ground up as a ketamine therapy center. Not one that tacked Spravato on as a last minute cash grab, like they clearly did at The Councelling Center. You owe it to yourself. EDIT: Ok so you either 1. don't know what you're talking about, or 2. you're gaslighting me, or 3. you're heavily misinformed on esketamine. All 3 are bad. When I take spravato, I am tripping. I know it gets less intense over time, but it is a psychedelic. Again, DO NOT GO HERE.

The worst counseling experience ever. Please do not work with Anthony Nieto, absolute waste of time. Lacks even the most basic counseling concepts. Adam Daniel, the head of the center did not do anything even after the… incompetence was brought to his attention.
