Center for Family Services – Phillipsburg

A few caring individuals are all this place has to offer. If you’re going for treatment required by law or work do not go here. They are incapable of providing outside parties required information in a timely manner. In… my experience things as simple as a single page document can take over a week to be handled and that’s while making daily inquiries. If either your freedom or financial security relies on your treatment center providing information to your Parol, Probation, Work, or Insurance do not come here. I have been regularly lied too in regards to when information has been sent out.If they tell you they sent something, confirm for yourself… more likely then not they have not. Their record keeping is handled by one woman so if she’s out for vacation or sick you’re simply out of luck. Sadly while that excuse might work for them, it generally does not work when you tell it to your employer or PO. If this place doesn’t get it together, they will be closed within the year.

I can't catch a break this facility has also treated me so poorly like many others when I try to explain my predicament they always go to the negative side and treat me like a risk

Idk how I feel about this place I had therapist that I sorta liked but honestly the trust wasn't there because I have experienced abuse with many of this programs staff in many different roles. Be careful if you go here.

I know with me when I talk to these people they think I'm lying to them I get that feeling anyway . It'stlike They heard this before and they don't Won't to help you

My counselor held my prescription and wouldn't give me it until I met with her. I needed this prescription I had been on studying l since I was a teenager. What she did was illegal I filled a report on her and switched… ASAP. She also would talk down to me when I was in sessions with her and made me feel unwelcome.
