I like this doctor office they treat patients very good no long wait an you can see your results online

Got my appointments mixed up and was a day early. a little distraught because I’ve been having the worst few days and I did not want to have to come back. The lady at the front desk Ms. Narcisse was really great and… explained that they do not take same day appointments for my type of appointments. Luckily by the grace of God, someone canceled and I’m able to see the doctor. She was very kind and understanding. I’ll definitely recommend the facility because of the initial service I received as soon as I walked through the door.

Great! From beginning to end. Mare Narcisse front desk was very helpful. She explained every form I had to sign. She was courteous and kind. Triage was quick. MA made me feel comfortable. Dr Moise was gracious and kind.… He explained my results in a simple knowledgeable manner. I felt at home with Sun River staff. I will recommend Sun River Health to everyone. Exceptional service!

As a life… long difficult blood draw, Id ike to say kudos to ALL the pheblomist at the church avenue location, they are ALL EXCEPTIONALLY skilled AND NEVER MISS.

Check in went smoothly. The rep was polite and respectful. The area was clean and quiet. My waiting time was less than 20 minutes which is great. In the past I would be waiting for almost and hour to an hour. Dr. Raquel… Haynes was very kind and easy to talk to. She has an amazing energy and she didn't make me feel rushed, she took her time, she actively listened and responded clearly. The MA was welcoming with a positive attitude.

Great medical center.

They refused to write me a doctors note for a condition they had treated me for over a year because I no longer have health insurance. I wasn’t asking him to treat me, I just needed a doctors note so my work wouldn’t… make me do something. My condition couldn’t handle. They refused to even do that, they do not care about their patience in the slightest, that is all about making money to them.

My pcp was awesome not lo gerente there either my therapist is such a lost for the clinic They should work with some of the front desk receptionist they dont have manners and talk to Londres about patente info

Unprofessional working people rule the consumer supervisor on this site an all staff I have cameras and videos oh so unprofessional they do she's popping up to me aggressively cursing army I think this whole staff needs… to be a check buy a mental health. Ps they call 911 like I was the proble when you can tell a staff is the problem smh

As a current patient at Sun River Health Church Avenue, I can confidently say this is one of the best places in Brooklyn for medical care. From the moment you walk in, the staff and doctors treat you with genuine… kindness and respect. The level of comfort and professionalism here truly stands out. I’ve been taking my son to this doctors offices for years, they are so good and very patient with us I’ve recommend this place to my cousin who also have children’s and said she also likes this place. Dr. Williams and… her team is very very patient with my son who has autism and I thank god for bringing them into our life.

This place is horible exesive long wait time workers take they sweet time do everything if you don’t like your job here just quit let someone that want to work get the job

Mental health professionals need to pull up. The Gentleman that did my mental health assessment, must have woke up on wrongside of the bed. He had no patience and even less compassion for me.

This is the 3rd appointment I've missed since getting discharged from L&D due to lack of transportation on Sun River's end. I've been told time and time again that they will call my insurance to find out what is wrong… and I have yet to hear from a staff member regarding that situation. Nobody is doing their job correctly and it's infuriating. What is the point of booking the appointment if I have no way of getting to Brooklyn?

I don't know what these people in the comments are talking about. The staff worked very well with me despite a little confusion they were overall respectful and helpful. Thank you sun river health's Church Avenue… location.
