This place gets a billion stars from me! The staff is so happy and inviting. My councilor Megan I was a little slower warming up to, just from life experiences. But now I feel I can tell her every thought and feeling I… have. She is my cheerleader. She always reminds me how far I've come, no matter what I go thru or have in the past. I will always rise! And let's not get started on my psychiatiatric Nurse practioner Billy I'm sure it'll cut me off becaus I have a lot to say. The 1st time I met him he said, it won't hurt my feelings do u feel comfortable with me or would u like a woman. I said I've already researched u, I'm satisfied in your experience. For 18 months he's been there for me no matter what. ANYTIME.... He is easy to talk to, he doesn't judge, his compassion and devotion to his patients and humanity could circle to the world twice over! After Every visit I feel so much better and stronger.... The rest of the staff is also amazing you feel like family! That's how all places like this should be ran. Off topic response to a comment, centipedes should not be killed they do not build nest, they control our spider and other bug populations, they are scared of people and hold no threat to humans! Worry about the bed bug problem everywhere in auburn but there. Most places spray pesticide in almost all buildings usually several times a week to contol infesting insects, which contributes to alot of the sickness of this world.

Terrible place to bring your children too. Their brand of therapy is guaranteed to keep you coming to them and get treated with disrespect.

Savar Cayuga counseling is not 26 seminary st because it is an apartment . They are actually two doors down. Their actual address is 26 Seminary Ave. Not st.

They have some very competent and knowledgeable therapists, who never stay. There is a very high turnover rate and that makes it very hard to have therapy there. This I have boticed for many years. I hope they can… change this.

My little sister does very well here but they drop people a lot. I've heard the counselors are very nice here and it's the best therapy in town just has a huge waiting list of people wanting to get in.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. This place is obviously not being run correctly or by the right personnel. There are counselors there with only like 6 months total experience. The obese girl at one of the windows will not share any… info on me with my husband, even though we are married, he has my permission and is my caregiver. The rugs in the waiting room are always dirty and have centipedes crawling around and they won't get them properly cleaned, even though there has been requests put into the suggestion box (or pig) about it. So why even have a so called suggestion box then? If you email them, they just ignore you. So basically, you are stuck with either this place or cayuga mental health which is not much better. At least cayuga mental health has a tv that they turn on for the clients (cayuga counseling never turns the tv on for the clients and is much noisier than cayuga mental health by allowing children to play and make all the noise that they want in the place.)

Very kind counselors. They try to help you help yourself. If that is not possible for whatever reason, they find a way via referral to address each individual's separate needs.
