Wesley Family Services – Cheswick Detox and Rehab Services
Wesley Family Services – Cheswick appears on the register for partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.

Wesley Family Services – Cheswick Address, Location and Contact Information
Records give the address as 163 East Union Road, Cheswick, Pennsylvania, 15024. Cheswick sits in Allegheny County. Provision extends to the wider area, so check the journey before you set off. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Dropped me I'm 79 have tons of health issues memory cognitive really needed help from them asked for a referral after they dropped me never gave one. My daughter spoke to someone else there and they said they would call… and they never did. Had to file a complaint with DHS. What is wrong with this place?
They saved me from being homeless because of my bipolar a few times
Terrible when it comes to medicine and refills. Trying to reach the nurses is a task in futility. I was told that if I couldn't get a hold of the nurse to call and ask for my provider. Any time you due the desk staff… become rude and just tell you no and force you to the nurse line. The providers also don't listen when you tell them things and like to just tell you it's fine or that something else is the cause. If you have a choice go anywhere else for help.
I have been having issues getting my medication on time and when I leave messages with the nursing line, no one calls me back. One of the times, I was told by my nurse practitioner that prescribes my medicine, to call… the nursimg line if there was an issue with one of my new medications and let them know so.they can contact her (my nurse practitioner) and make changes. I received no call back and left two messages. I have had to physically go there to get what I need. It is very frustrating. I'm not sure what is going on with the nursing staff, but I hope they're able to fix this issue. It's been going on for months now.
Only complaint is I wish that their hours were open till 6pm haha but great efforts from any of the coordinators there
Currently seeing Dr Jason and he's messed up my meds 4 times it was to the point I had to go down and talk to him myself when I voiced my concerns Dr Jason told me to find a new provider please don't see Dr Jason if you… want want your medicine handled correctly
The staff r very welcoming and nice and kind , they make u feel at home and comfortable . And same with the therepist',s and med. Doctor's .
Daniel!
Nice people
Been going there for a very very long time the building's new but I'm old I love my therapist and my doctor.... And the staff is very nice too
Called and got an appointment the same week. This is the first therapist I’ve had that I actually feel like we connected. They were not accepting new patients for medication but gave me a list of providers in my area.
The staff are really nice & helpful. They answer my calls & if I have to leave a message I get a return call in a timely manner. I have the choice to physically go there, stay home & talk over the phone, or have a zoom… meeting. I really appreciate it due to how I feel. They work around my busy schedule with all my doctor appointments & tests. Ulanda Johnson is wonderful to talk to. I feel like she genuinely cares about me & my problems. Dr. Robert Davis is also a good psychiatrist. He listens & carries on a conversation to make sure how your medication is working & adjust accordingly if needed. If by any chance they need to cancel, which is very rare, the office reschedules right away. If I need to speak with someone right away & they are not currently available they give you the crisis number to call in the very beginning when you first meet them. I have not needed to call that number yet. I'm glad I found this location with people that want to help rather than treat you like a number. I highly recommend this office!
This place is a joke. I have been waiting for about an hour waiting and still nothing. My son had to go to the bathroom and they told him to go next door to use the bathroom.
DR. MIGALY IS A JOKE DON'T GO TO HIM
I've been coming here for 4 years and I'm on my 6th doctor!! They come and go so frequently. There is no continuity of care because of this. I just go to get my prescription because my choice of psychiatrists in my area… is limited, otherwise I'd be going elsewhere.
Rude and unprofessional staff! Dr dodd has no idea what she is talking about. She will give you any diagnosis you want for your kid if you ask her to. She always cancels appointments at the last minute. you can never… get thru to anyone when you call. We are switching to another agency, we dont need this BS!
The people were there were nice and helpful. My wait wasn't long either.
Two months ago I called then RN to review side effects my special needs son was having. Have to leave a message of course. RN returned phone call but I didn't get to my phone in time and I had to call back. I never got… a return call. Discussed this with Dr Dodd. She struggled her shoulders. His medication was increased. The following day he was very irritable and I left a message for the RN on a Thursday. No return call. I called back on Monday and explained I never got a return call. The RN returned my call two hours later. Confronted her about the issue and she disregarded my concerns so I hung up on her. She phoned back to ask if I wanted her to send an email to the doctor. I left it go to voicemail. I called family services and discountined all of my services to find someone else. Really recommend not going here, especially if you have side effects of medication. Dr Dodd did not know the correct procedure for obtaining wrap around services. She wrote a script. A psychiatrist can't even recommend wrap around. One has to go through an approved agency to do this. Very sketchy.
Do not go here! Especially if you have a child with special needs. The Dr is terrible. She doesn't listen to the parents, never returns phone calls, iv caught her lying, and when I confronted her about my concerns, she… laughed at me and told me I was being ridiculous. I don't know where this lady got her degree from but she is definitely in the wrong field. I wouldn't go back to Dr.dod even if someone paid me.
