I want to give the biggest shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Alex. Without you, I honestly don't know how my boyfriend would have made it through yesterday. He was incredibly sick, and you went so far above and beyond… to make sure he got the care, support, and compassion he needed. Your kindness, dedication, and genuine concern meant more to us than words can ever express. Brightside Clinic, you truly have a diamond in the rough with Alex. Hold on to him because employees like him are rare. He doesn't just do his job—he goes above and beyond for his clients, his friends, and everyone fortunate enough to cross his path. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Alex. We'll never forget what you did for us. ❤️

I just love them. Alex is so sweet it’s like you’re talking to your best friend that you grew up with. And Aimee is the same. Both are sweet sweet people and genuinely listen, care and do anything they can to help.

Brightside of Washington IL is amazing. Judgement free they are out here doing amazing work advocating for addiction. My boyfriend was turned away at several other clinics and Brightside gave him a chance, he's been.… Clean over a week. Longest since his use of over a year. He was honestly nearing death with his addiction. If you want help immediately or your loved one is trying to get off the streets I strongly Recommend Brightside clinic.

Brightside is a blessing that I did not expect when I first signed up. Secratarian Alex is a life saver, many times I had events happen but he always had my back so that I could continue treatment. The doctors have… flexibility when it comes to glitches at the pharmacy, they will call you back SAME day to solve the issue you have, usually within 2 hours In my personal experience. If you live in rural IL and need a place to go, this is it.

Bright side is a lifesaver! When I couldn't get in any other clinic in the area they got me in. Not only that, but they have a grant for your first 3 months of treatment. That really helps people that don't have it to… give right away! This office isn't only carrying about the bottom line. They really care about your recovery

The secretary named Alex is always great with instructions and reaching out to update you with the happenings of your care. Even if something happens with your medication via pharmacy, he will always straighten it out.

What I appreciate most is that I was not treated like I was an addict. I felt listened to and takin seriously. Thank you Brightside team for helping me help myself. This includes; Alex, Dr. Kolka, Dr. Mary Jane, and… Jasmine. Thank you so much. Chad W. Peoria IL.

I absolutely love this place! Alex and Aimee are both amazing people who honestly care about your sobriety. Alex was the only one who helped me when I first moved here and as trying to get my Suboxone right. He got me… into a doctor over the phone that same day, I would highly recommend Brightside in Washington, IL to anybody!!
