I feel like this place just needs there government funding! My brother got picked up by a son of an owner a believe and his vehicle was disgusting! Personal vehicle or not and they didn’t even have a company logo on the… side, they seem like the type to give the group shirts to go out to eat to represent and take them back after! This whole this was a waste for my brother Ik everybody situation is different but he feels nobody cared beside 2 or 3 people it ran like a prison with better food and you get to smoke cigs? While government funded on there property smh whatttt?

I counted, and I called forty separate times over the course of about three weeks. I left a message almost each time and I never received a call back. Is that what you can expect from their care then?

Unique and different than any treatment center in Wisconsin. People have lived experience and education. This is a family, and no one is turned away and everyone works hard to help those for the first time or the 10th… time. I am proud to be a part of them.

My son was let go for hugging a peer. Police came and now he is jail. I have been trying to communicate with staff about the mater with no final reults. Very unprofessional team. I am still waiting on return calls. I… would not recommend this place to anyone!

I've been to pathways twice and the second time I wanted to go I wanted to change my life. I'm a little over a year sober now and I've been great full to pathways for giving such good treatment I think I enjoy that they… have addicts who have been in recovery there self it shows you its possible and I honestly don't know what I would have done without this place if you need help call them get in and get help because it is all possible. 💖

By far the best!!! Pathways saved my life. I can't begin to thank all the awesome staff enough. I have been through so many rehabilitation centers before Pathways really taught me how to live and fight for my addiction… free life. I'm happy now of the person I am.

Simply unprofessional. For a facility that provides treatment to addicts they take far too long to respond to emails and phone calls if they reply even at all. The “counselors” are counselors in training with minimal… hours of education. For the amount of money spent out of pocket, I would not recommend unless you want subpar treatment.

My fiance is there. He speaks highly of this program. I want to say that they really do care. Not only for the addict, but the family as well. I appreciate being able to attend Saturday meetings. I've gained so much… knowledge as well. Thank you for everything you guys do.

My husband went here 4 years ago and he hasn't had the desire to use drugs since! He had dual diagnosis which is mental health along with addiction. They were able to help with both. Our family has been able to grow and… actually repair and heal from the past. I'm now a recovery coach as well as my husband..we refer our people here. I will only speak kind words of this place..

I cannot say enough about Pathways. I was lucky to end up there. Not everyone is going to have a positive outcome thats the sad nature of the disease and unfortunately many use these reviews platforms unfairly. Yes… Pathways is a smaller facility —if you want a large clinical beurocratic hospital like setting, then look elsewhere. To me it was very much like a rustic summer camp environment which gave me every opportunity to get healthy again when i needed it. And being deep in a natural forested setting helped tremendously. I was very happy to extend from 4 to 6 weeks. This is an outstanding and beautiful place with amazing counselors where miracles can and do happen and the best one on one small group ratios you can ever find.

Not accessible to those needing help. No resources available for inpatient treatment, and they turned us away for a chance see if their afforable sober living program might work. Being turned away was just another… factor in our son giving up hope again. While it has alway been my son’s choices that led to where we are today, i can’t stop thinking that they could have made a difference and sent us away.

This place is absolutely horrific. I have never had such a bad experience. Right from the start, everything was very unprofessional. They didn't have me sign any papers, there was no communication, and every other… worker said something different. NO accountability at all. If you need to get a hold of someone, you never can. As long as you pay them, they don't care to talk to you. They say their a " treatment facility" but really it's a money making scam. If you want to loose a total of seven thousand dollars just like that, this is the place to go!! There is a so called councilor their by the name of Greg Overmeir; he is a terrible person and should never be able to have the title of a "councilor".Our goal was to help a family member with an addiction problem, but all we got is more questions than answers. We tried to resolve this several ways, but never got a response. I don't usually leave reviews, BUT I just want to protect another person/family from the hell that we went through, and are continuing to go through.

Staff were previous addicts and owners cared. No one else did, mainly because you weren't on their property. Money is more importantly then life.

The recovery education is like any other, however, the cost is twice as much versus NOVA (Oshkosh), Ministry (Stevens Point), Casa Clare/ Moorings (Appleton). Homeless shelters have better food. Nice location but it's… so remote that there is no on-hands practice for exposure to social/community triggers without sufficient aftercare which doesnt try to alienate/isolate you like Pathways does. Its similar to a small family-run business, wrought with internal gossip & hearsay. For example, the bedbugs in the sober living (they can be seen, bed mites cant), were dispelled because an employees neighbor is supposedly an exterminator and said it was a tick. (Yay for lymes disease, lol) No paperwork was shown proving anything, no paperwork for previous health & safety inspections (legally needed by every county's housing authority- god forbid they have black mold but no paperwork showing it's NOT there. I shouldnt have to pay for that type of inspection unless Im buying the place.) And according to CMI, among other research, simple parasitic infections, commonly carried by insects, can cause mental retardation and other symptoms. Pathways is supposed to be a dual diagnosis facility and I fear that they severely lack the general knowledge to deal with dual diagnosis & the many factors that can affect it. Furthermore, money is a big thing for addicts and going to this facility will double your debt versus NOVA, the states top facility, therefore doubling your chance for relapse , I think. And dont be surprised if you you call your counselor for a provate, confidential conversation and someone else on his line listens in and chirps up. Very uncomfortable moment and definitely illegal on their part.

I have had a wonderful experience with pathways. This rehab has been top notch. The counselors and peer support specialists are phenomenal, and administration cares so much that they know us all personally which is… difficult with so many people coming through. They make it happen no matter how challenging the case and how many owners do you know that personally bring clients on social outings to hear our stories and reintegrate us back into society. The clinical director is a man I truly admire both as a counselor, and motivator. Once again he takes time out of his busy schedule to be hands on. Pathways recently opened sober living and the house manager is on top of of everything. I feel safe, and cared for. The bonding among the females is great, and the house Manager is here for emotional support yet gives us the structure we all need.
