The staff that work directly with the clients are fantastic! Stephanie, Brooke, Adriana the nursing staff and ALL of the care staff that supported our child were absolutely outstanding! Very caring, easy to talk to and… real about what they were experiencing with our child. They were truly a team and there to support not only us as a family but our child. They were open to our experience, feedback and ideas. Unfortunately, the administrative side was not impressive. When you have a family turning to you for support you should be somewhat warm and understanding. We had difficulty getting questions answered and needed to ask multiple times. Their handbook that they provide does not have actual current information in it and we often felt as though they were giving us the run around. They pressure you to make a decision by telling you there is only one spot and then funny enough there's another arrival within days of drop off. It's a shame that the administrative staff aren't as lovely to work with as the client facing staff. This is a real area of need for improvement, likely across the company as we had a similar experience with the next location.

My daughter was here for six weeks after being at a PHP. The first two weeks were very rough but at all times we felt supported and encouraged and knew she was in the hands of professionals. It truly got bad before it… got better. The staff is AMAZING from the life coaches, the cook, the nurses, to the clinical director. My special shout out goes to my daughter’s therapist Devyn Collins. Devyn IS the best and made such a difference in the treatment for my daughter. She was always on touch with us and made us feel heard and really put an effort on working with my daughter and our family. Adriana the education specialist was always on top of everything to make my daughter not to lose the school year. While we know this is not the end of our journey, Embark has truly made a difference and we feel confident we’re in the right path.

We are incredibly grateful for the care our son, received during his four-month stay at Embark Behavioral Health. After a long and difficult journey—including time in and out of detention centers—we were desperate to… find a treatment center that could truly help him, and more importantly, keep him there. Embark was the answer we had been searching for. From day one, the staff was supportive, professional, and deeply compassionate. his therapist, Stephanie, was a phenomenal guide through this process. Her deep knowledge and unshakable patience helped Brady learn to manage his anger and regulate his behavior in ways we never thought possible. The life coaches, especially Tony and Anthony, played a huge role in his growth. Their ability to connect with Brady and help him build real-life tools to manage his emotions and actions was a game-changer for him. We also want to express our gratitude to Dr. Booke, the psychiatrist, who was incredibly responsive and thorough in finding the right medication to help stabilize my son's mood and elevated anger. We always felt heard, informed, and supported every step of the way. The entire team at Embark truly cares and works together to help kids like our son heal and grow. We finally feel hopeful for his future, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at Embark.

I cannot recommend Embark in Greeley highly enough. When our child needed support with mental and behavioral health, Embark delivered far beyond our expectations. The transformation in our kiddo has been nothing short… of incredible—and the impact on our entire family has been just as profound. Before Embark, our family was struggling. Now, we function with a level of harmony we hadn’t thought possible. They didn’t just support our child—they supported us, too. They helped us understand how to parent more effectively and compassionately, tailored specifically to our child’s needs. It truly felt like they wrapped their arms around our entire family. The time apart—while incredibly difficult—was more than worth it. Since our child came home in early February, life has been amazing. Is everything perfect? No. But it’s a million times better than before. Now, when challenges arise, we talk through them calmly and move forward together. I could go on and on about what Embark has done for our family, but what matters most is this: Finding quality help matters—and this is it. Healing involves the whole family, not just the child. Be open. Be willing to change. Embrace a new way of living. Your child’s willingness is important, too. It takes time. It takes involvement. It is OK to need help. There is no shame in seeking mental health support. Change can be good. Focus on progress, not perfection. If you’re reading this, my heart is with you. I know how scary and isolating it can feel to be in this position—but please know, you are not alone. Give Embark a chance. Their team is truly special. Every single staff member brings care, commitment, and heart. They will give your family everything they’ve got.

My grandson went through the Embark program. At first he struggled a lot but then he started working the program and he excelled. The staff worked well with him and with our family. They were caring and understanding… yet firm when things were hard for us. The explained everything and got his meds at a good place. We couldn't be happier. The other kids were usually happy when we seen them which was a good sign for me. Several of them spoke when my grandson finished the program and said very nice and encouraging things to him. He was very close to a few of them which I think also speaks highly of Embark. I would highly recommend them. And it definitely beats other behavior treatment facilities or the mental health hospital.

Our family was in crisis and our son was in a constant state of despair. We researched Embark, worked with insurance, and were able to get our son admitted to the facility in Greeley. The staff here are amazing at what… they do for adolescents. At the moment we arrived we felt a completely different sense that this place and its caring staff were going to be the change we all needed. The staff are skilled at their jobs and more importantly know how to truly make a difference for adolescents. Our son is home now and I finally have a greater sense of hope for our son! It is going to be life changing. The staff knew how to reach our son who was previously unreachable. We are so grateful!

Our daughter thrived at Embark . She was given the tools and structure to learn coping skills. Esther was very helpful and put my mind at ease. Brooke took the time to listen to all of our concerns and find the correct… path forward with adjusting medications. Gigi always kept me posted on any health concerns that I had. Brianna was great at encouraging our daughter to learn about herself and different coping strategies Brianna helped me realize what I needed to change to have a better relationship with my daughter Chris was amazing with all the kids and was involved with all day to day activities. Ryan the academic coordinator was positive and always made sure she was doing well in school. Amy taught her how to be assertive and Moe taught her how to love herself. We are so grateful to have had this life changing experience. Thank you for everything.

We had a great experience at Embark with our Son. We were in a pretty hopeless place with anxiety and depression. We were thankful to find a program and staff that supported us. Our son is home now and in a much better… place. He was given tools that are really helping him and achievable goals that have boosted his confidence and maturity.

We absolutely love the entire team at Embark Greeley! Their genuine care, knowledge, love, teaching and guidance are top notch! If your kiddo is struggling and needs more than what you can give them or more than they… are willing to accept from you, give Embark some consideration. We couldn’t be more thankful for everything they have and are doing for our kiddo. Eternally grateful!

I was told about Embark as I was really struggling with my 15 year son. I had looked into so many options and nothing could help with the level of care I needed for my son. I'm so forever greatful to everyone at Embark.… The whole staff truly have a passion for these children. I knew my son was going to the best place to get the help he needed. I'm so forever grateful for everyone at Embark. I wish my son could have completed the 90 day stay. My son was starting to make great changes and is still doing good. Unfortunately insurance would not approve him to stay because he was making improvement. Embark did everything they could to have my son stay. I'm truly upset with our mental health system. He is doing so much better with the help from Embark. I can only imagine how much more we could have gained if my son could have stayed the full 90 days. I can't explain my greatfulness that I have to everyone at Embark. All we want as parents is to see our children happy and healthy in this life. I see there is hope and I have my son back. I highly recommend Embark to anyone who is looking for help with their child. Thank Embark you saved my family.

And everyone else that has contributed… to my son. They took great care of my son and even through the unexpected challenges they kept me informed and we worked together as a team, showing understanding, compassion, and grace! You will all forever have a special place in my heart! GOD BLESS you all!p.s if ever I win the lottery I will be writing a big check to this facility!
