I made a Reservation for a 6 x 12 Enclosed trailer, I arrived just for them to tell me that they canceled my order without notice and gave it to somebody else and charged my card for the trailer and then proceeded to… tell me that they never charged my card even though I clearly see it in my bank account that they charged my card on U-Haul. It says the order was completed. If you look at the receipt on U-Haul, it shows that they charged my card. I never got a cancellation email. Nothing no call no text. No nothing telling me that they canceled my order. The manager tried to talk to me like I was dumb and I didn’t understand anything. they told me that somebody had a 5 x 8 enclosed trailer if I wanted it why would I downgrade from a 6 x 12 trailer to a 5 x 8 trailer? It doesn’t make sense if it were reversed that would be fine. This makes the second time this has happened to me.

Good prices

International Storage is the absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I went to the office last week and rented a storage unit and I have not been able to access the gate or reach anyone in… the office since. Multiple trips to the office do no good its never open no matter what time you go there. The phone calls go unanswered and you can't leave a message because the voice mail is full. They steal your money and your belongings be careful don't go there!! They deserve 0 stars.

Extremely disappointing experience with International Self Storage. I went to grab a small item from my unit and found that my gate code no longer worked—even though my account is fully paid and current. I had to wait… around just to follow another customer in, only to discover a red lock placed on my unit, which is typically used for non-payment. The problem is, my account is in good standing. I haven’t been to my unit in months, so I have no idea how long they’ve had the red lock on it—without any notice or communication. On top of that, getting ahold of anyone for account-related issues is extremely difficult. I work Monday through Friday and only have weekends to access my storage, so being locked out of a unit I’ve been paying for is incredibly frustrating. I’ve attached invoices to this review showing proof of payment. The lack of communication, poor account management, and unresponsive customer service from International Self Storage is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Set up autopay to avoid being late, had the full $135 in the account, and they still didn’t process the payment. I called on May 2nd and was told they added a $13 insurance fee without asking—no notice, no explanation.… That’s why the payment failed. I had to call to find this out, and the rep couldn’t explain anything. Until the $13 is refunded and this is fixed, this review stays up. I’ll update it once it’s resolved.

This is a great place to store some items in between moves plus went online and found a deal 50% off for the first 3 months.

I've been renting units at International Self Storage for over a year now, and have recently added another unit. Pauline has been great to work with and has accomodated me at every turn. Tiyna has been good to work with… as well. I've been and continue to be a happy customer!

Very nice place and people

Run from here!!! Main building has crazy amounts of deadly construction dust. They failed to clean it and now the micro particles fill the air and get onto and into your boxes. And if it gets into your lungs it will… never come out! Not to mention the door are thin plywood…

Uneven ground on the access to the outside storage

End of July I put my things in one of there storage lockers . And at the end of Aug it was all taken . Looks like it was the people who work there dude to how clean the break in was. Don’t use them . Your stuff won’t be… protected.

Despite my initial skepticism, Heath's attentive listening and unwavering patience made a significant impression on me. His genuine kindness and compassion turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience. During the three months I utilized their storage services, I felt a sense of security knowing my belongings were in capable hands. The storage unit accommodated all of my items comfortably, and the facility's cleanliness and organization added to my peace of mind. Max, who assisted me both in person and over the phone with payments, was an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism and helpful demeanor were consistent throughout our interactions. Additionally, I had the opportunity to engage with another staff member, a woman whose patience, kindness, and sociability made every interaction a delight. Though my time with International Storage eventually came to an end as I retrieved my belongings, I am certain that when I require storage services again, this is the place I will return to. The positive experience I had during my tenure speaks volumes about the company's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my experience with International Storage was nothing short of outstanding. From Heath's genuine care and patience to Max's professionalism and the overall sense of security and satisfaction I felt, every aspect of my storage journey was well-handled. I wholeheartedly recommend International Storage to anyone in need of reliable and customer-centric storage solutions. Excellent customer service and great location

Fantastic

They don't do refunds but will give u credit to use later if u take ur car out early. However they recently discontinued outside car storage. Instead of new resolution for this issue people r still coming to take their… car out early with credit they cannot use towards anything if this is the only service they need. With new service and business changes management ought to provide parallel resolution instead of enforcing old rules on their new changes. It just shows lack of customer service on the owners and management.

Only thing I don't like is not having lights inside! Other then that, its awesomely spacious!
