Absolutely a joke in my opinion. Made an apt a week out, and end up walking in in a walking boot due to ligament damage. Extreme pain. They proceed to tell me that I should have been called yesterday about a reschedule… and 2 people ask me “well when do you need it done by” like I’m the one in the wrong. They definitely do not respect your schedule in the least. Such a joke.

My wife has been in therapy at keys to success and I have attended a few sessions with her. It has had an incredible impact on our lives

Deb and the entire Keys to Success staff are incredible. I just celebrated one year in recovery and I wouldn’t be where I am at today without the therapy and support I have received at Keys to Success. Deb is… supportive, honest, caring and in my case makes me feel like I am her only client. From individual therapy to women’s group, it has truly been a safe haven for me after returning home from treatment.

Deb was very nice. I went for my substance evaluation after recieving an owi. The process was quick and straightforward.

Deb is not good at her job. She honestly makes it worse. I was on probation and my regular UAs were turning positive because of my prescriptions so i had to go to her for a lab test even tho I told my JCO that i didn’t… want to go to her. I’ve gone to deb for counseling before this and i’m off probation now. The first meeting I was gonna do it but she’s too difficult of a lady to be a therapist. I went to this lady in newton instead for the lab test to prove i’m actually clean. She was the best! She listened and gave good advice and was great. Go to her instead of Deb K for outpatient or whatever you need to do. I’m a year and 3 months sober now. I went to outpatient to this lady in Newton for a while and graduated (completed the program). She even offered me to talk to ppl about how I did it and stuff. I’m 18 now and doing great! Graduated from there, got off tracking and probation, and haven’t gotten in trouble since. Final words- Don’t go to Deb K. She makes it worse. The one time I went to talk to her for my JCO she made it so hard to talk to her and actually made me wanna drink more 😂 I didn’t tho obviously. I’m not sure what the therapists name in newton was but go to her instead. She helps. Deb doesn’t. I would’ve given her 0 stars if I could. Also, I want to add this for the parents. Don’t be strict. It makes it worse. Trust is everything and thats all your kid needs. They need to regain it but that happens over time. Just be open minded.
